I ordered online, when i came to pick up my food the cashier said she gave it to some man…. Howww? I have the bank statements and the receipt which was emailed to me. The manager was RUDE and didn’t Compensate me… and then gave me a phone number where i can’t speak to a live person… try Panera or potbelly cuz this ain’t it !

I entered this store intending to buy a sandwich. Before ordering I wanted to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. The toilet is locked with a key. Coincidentally when I asked for the key the salesman told me I have to buy something before entering the toilet

Gritty Sandwich
Order a 6 inch Turkey sub. As I began to bite into the sandwich, I noticed a gritty feel like sand. I could not identify where it was on the sandwich. However, I suspect the lettuce may not have been cleaned/or rinsed very well. When I called the store to speak with a manager no one could speak English. No manager was there. So, I simply will not patronize the store again. It seems to be under new management. Oh well, you lost me as a customer.

Got sandwiches there on two occasions and had the runs both times, I'm not sure if or how often they change gloves, either way I'm never going back to this location
Tuna sandwich sucks at this location and has a weird taste. Customer service needs some work.

Very very poor in communication. I simply tried to crack a joke and the manager literally was yelling at me and wanted to start a fight. Even when I tried to explain myself he was still yelling at me and my family with my old father. We simply had to leave in peace. Will never go there until the manager is changed or staff is changed. Was simply a Bad experience!

This place is unexplainable. Rude is the only description i can give. I drive past this location another two+ miles to another Subway. That is how pressed I am to not give these people my business anymore.

Very good service
The employees are extremely rude and terrible customer service. The sandwich was messy and made carelessly. I asked for extra napkins and the Bangladeshi employee had the urge to show me attitude and talked trash to me saying “everyone wants extra napkins”. My money is worth more than that I will never ever go into that place again.
the worst subway restaurant in the area, the employees are yelling at customers and cursing. I had a bad experience there.not going there again.
