This KFC is trash. I placed an online order for all original recipe and they mixed mostly extra crispy with one original recipe chicken wing. Biscuits are dry. Chicken sandwich is dry. One of the pieces was supposed to be a thigh but they swapped it with a wing. They wouldn’t open the door and made me sit in the drive thru and wait for the line of cars to place and get their order before I could pick up mine. It’s likely that they wanted me to go through the drive through so I won’t check my order until I got home since it was taped shut.

I ordered a number 8 and proceeded to the window, which was a pleasant experience. However, when I got to the window, the cashier had an attitude. I politely asked for BBQ and ranch sauce because there was none in the bag, and she gave me a demeaning look like I said something out of character. I said "Thank you," when I recieved the sauces and food, but the worker waved me off without giving me my receipt. This has happened multiple times at this location, and I am now wondering if there is another underlying bigger problem that should be addressed by management. Overall, bad experience. 👎

I gave the lowest score possible 1=POOR 1st we asked for no potato's instead we want Mac n cheese WE GOT MASHED POTATOES! 2ndly After asking for more honey for the BISCUITS we got home and most were opened && STICKY COULDN'T USE ANY 🙃 I've been trying to call for an hour.... rang busy!!! Sheeeez!

The worst service ever. If I could give a zero I would. I had The Misfortune of ordering from this KFC on September 15th 2024. I placed my order online and paid for it through the KFC app. My order was supposed to be ready a little after 5:00 p.m. and I got there a little after 6:00 p.m. I went through the drive-thru first, and the young lady proceeded to hand me the wrong order. When I told her it was the wrong order, she questioned me, and tried to tell me I had the wrong location, keeping in mind we order from this location all the time. In an effort to help clear things up, I showed her my confirmation # in the application on my phone. She asked me to pull up in front of the drive-thru but I came inside instead to avoid blocking drive-thru traffic. When I came inside, the young lady tried to subtly imply that somehow my order belongs to someone else with the same name . I showed the confirmation in the app again, showing her that I paid for everything and even gave them the order number. They proceeded to reluctantly put my order together. While they were putting my order together, I observed how they were handling the orders in general , and there seemed to be very little coordination in the way they handed orders off to people. It was pure chaos. When they finally put my order together, the young lady just put two bags on the counter and walked away without even looking or asking for anyones name, so I'm more than positive they handed my original order out to someone else. Management really needs to go in there and train these folks on customer service and how to better manage the orders, because most of them didn't seem to have a clue. I will not be ordering anything from that KFC again, if I can help it.

Yesterday, 07/09/2024, I went to buy chicken with my friend. We got home to eat, and after eating the chicken, we had diarrhea and vomited, and we were sick all night. I do not recommend that you buy from that place. We are still sick. I will never go back to that place again. 👎

The chicken was absolutely disgusting and inedible.
Do not go to this poorly managed place. I went at 11 AM and ordered an 8-piece bucket. It was recooked chicken. The skin was chewy and showed a lot of bone. It was yesterday's chicken. I am going to call the health dept. Old chicken is to be discarded.

This new KFC location is nice and clean, however, as the other reviewers stated, the management is rough. I had many items missing whenever I ordered, In fact I once had someone else’s entire order of 30+ when I had only ordered a sandwich combo. The issues probably stem from the manager, as I have seen her be aggressive towards customers and employees. The employees are constantly changing which doesn’t help either. But, overall, I like the food, and it tastes just as good, and I think that’s the most important part.
Why is it that every time I visit KFC something is always missing from my order? If I visit ten times, there is a mistake at least nine times. This same issue existed in the old store (same location), and now it has gone to the new store. I just left KFC and ordered an extra biscuit. Of course, when I got home, there was no extra biscuit, even though my order was repeated to me, and I paid for the extra biscuit. Come on KFC… do better please!!! The only saving grace is that your food is really good, and I grew up eating KFC. What is wrong at KFC and why does this issue continue to exist and many KFC locations?Joseph Harris
