Worse chicken ever! They have one job to do and don’t seem to get it. Close and go home.
I don’t get it. KFC USED to deliver flavor consistently. Now it’s dry chicken and mashed potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever. This isn’t a “bad day”—this feels like a systemic drop in quality. If this is the new normal, just say that so customers know what they’re paying for.

I ordered 3 vegetable pot pies and got mashed potatoes and carrots pies. I called the store several times and the phone was constantly busy. Due to my living in white plains, I was to far to turn around.

AND YES IM BACK ON A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. THE MANAGER DINORA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!! THERE IS MO IF ANDS OR BUTS ABOUT IT. CALLING CORPORATE, SENDING EMAILS AND WHATEVER ELSE NEEDED. YOU VAN FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO MANAGE AND FO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. THIS LADY STOLE MY MONEY AND BEFORE I SLAP FIRE OUT OF HER YALL SHOULD TEMOVE HER FROM THIS STORE AND THE KFC BRAND ALL TOGETHER. WHY NOT CANCEL MY ORDER WHEN YOU ONOW YOU DID NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT? Chile, I’m not sure if they just promoted Dinora or whatever her name is but BABY!!! She needs to be retrained and or demoted. It’s absolutely NO WAY you ask the customer their name. Repeat the name and 10 minutes go by I now am asking when are you going to start making my order. Just for the manager DINORA to say they don’t have any honey bbq…WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO SAY THAT?? Why don’t you know what you have in your inventory and what you don’t? Horrible service from this “manager” and I have yet to get my refund…go elsewhere if you can. I didn’t even want anything nasty service will make an establishment lose out on customers.

I eat KFC maybe once every year so it was extremely disappointing that when I went to this KFC and ordered my wife and I something to eat that the food was horrible. Let's start with the fact that we arrived around 11am thinking that we would be getting fresh food since it's so close to lunchtime but that wasn't the case. Our chicken and biscuits tasted like they were leftovers from several days ago. My fries were cold and stale. The only thing that tasted halfway decent was my lemonade. I just tried calling them to speak with a manager to complain but the line just continues to ring busy. It's cool, I'll just report it all to corporate after I give them a one star review here in Google. Stay away from this location unless you like disgusting food and wasting your money 🤢
Update: So today I received a call from the manager, Yasmin, who understood where I was coming from and wanted to make everything right. I went back to the restaurant and received the same meal I ordered on yesterday and this time it was fresh, hot, and good! Thank you Yasmin!

I visited this KFC on September 30th 2025. I arrived at about 9:45 pm. I placed my order through the app to receive rewards points. When I got to the windows I was told it would be 23 minutes to get chicken because they were out of wings. I asked for a refund and was to that had to be done thru the app. I chatted with the online people, was told that I would be contacted. Today October 21 i had to call them again, I was lied to that the leadership had been attempted to contact me. I again asked for my money back. This customer service rep said that apps refund would be processed and could take up to 3 days. I asked was there any compensation for this inconvenience, over 3 weeks of waiting and holding my money for almost a month. They offered me 500 rewards points and that they were bound by policy. I told the rep to keep the 500 if I couldn't have 1 thousand point. Say yourself the headache and get your chicken elsewhere.
Visited this location a few days ago. Not only did the cashier leave the register to prepare my food without washing her hands and without wearing gloves whatsoever after just handling money from other customers, I got home to eat my food and pulled multiple strands of hair from my mouth and the chicken. Extremely disgusted by this experience and this establishment with their poor food handling and sanitation.

The manager was very disrespectful to my wife in serving her around 1:00-1:15 . She was driving a black impala. I'm letting you know hopefully you will talk to him before I will. This will never happen again.

I will not be returning to this kfc. I ordered a 12 piece family wings with honey bbq through the drive through. When we came up to the window to receive our order we were told that they ran out of chicken and we can wait 12 minutes for more chicken or get a 5 piece meal. My issue with that solution is A they should’ve never let us order the wings if they ran out of chicken, and B why would a 5 piece chicken tender meal be a good alternative for a 12 piece. I am flabbergasted with the service today and things should be done better. Even when we received the order they didn’t even add the honey bbq to the tenders they were just plain. Never again

I went to KFC in Ft Washington MD recently in August 2025. I was trying to place a order at the window via a on-line order I placed and didn't pay for it because I thought if I gave them the order number they could pull it up and I could pay for it. The Cashier told me she couldn't find my order by my name and didn't want the order number. She told me to pull to the side & a staff member could help me in 10 minutes. So, I said just forget that on-line order, I'll just place it at the window. So, I drove up and wanted to place the order of $15 dollars so I could get the special of a Free 8 piece bucket of chicken. She was asking again about my previous on-line order and I just told her to forget about it and just wanted to place the order at the window. She than call over her either supervisor or manager who again was talking about my previous order. She said unless I paid for it on-line that was the only way to find it. So, I said ok, I want to just place a order and forget the other one. She asked me want I wanted, I couldn't remember the name of the 5 piece chicken meal and that is when got very unprofessional by this supervisor or manager. The Cashier was standing directly behind this manager, so, while trying to place my order she got sarcastic with me because I couldn't remember the name of the chicken meal by saying the name of it that's listed on the Menu Board, I said ok it's on the website and she began rolling her eyes the entire time she was speaking to me. I told I don't appreciate you rolling your eyes at me and since you got a attitude allow the lady who was taking my order before to take my order. She kept rolling her eyes and I asked her several times to allow the young cashier to take my order. She than said to me are you my supervisor, I said no, but, I am the customer. I finally got upset and a few not so nice stuff and drove off. I called to report it and asked for a copy of my complaint, I never got it. I also submitted a complaint online and never heard back about my compliant. So, I not buying anything from KFC anymore. I used to go there to get my chicken but not anymore. I don't spend my money with companies that have staff that are unprofessional and can't treat their customers like valuable customers.

I visited this particular KFC. I started out @ the drive through, had to go inside because the young lady who was working the drive through was some what rude. She was acting as if she didn't know what I was asking for. So I went inside. I was not even acknowledged at the register for about 4-5minutes! The chicken was not hot, the biscuits were also STALE! the only thing that I enjoyed was the potatoes wedges! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! 🤨🙄

I wish I read the reviews before coming to this location. The employee named Ashley who was working the drive thru on the evening of Wednesday, August 7 was so incredibly rude that my husband and I had to cancel our drive thru order. She had issues understanding what we wanted and got upset and rolled her eyes when we pointed out the mistakes. It's concerning that there's at least a year's worth of reviews about this location's poor service and nothing has been done about it.
