I have never felt so seen and heard despite being super busy and packed with customers. Danielle and Tanya serviced me and they were sooo friendly. You could tell they were swamped but the whole team continued to work and be sooo friendly at the same time! Keep up the good work guys!

So my review when I got to the register, the Spanish person say we don’t have no more dragon food I know person can register. He order his of a dragon fruit and I asked him because I told you I didn’t have dragon fruit racism ism do not go to this one.

I have gone to this location several times as it's in the same plaza where I work at. The staff have always been pleasant and accommodated my requests, and for the most part the food has always been accurate. However every. single. time. that I've ordered a doritos locos taco Gordita Crunch, I've gotten a regular taco shell. Today is the third time I've received one, yet paying more for a doritos shell. I've asked them to remake it in the past, and they have done so (seemingly begrudgingly), but since ordering them I've gotten the wrong one two other times but charged for a doritos shell. I can understand maybe once or twice being wrong, but this is three times in a row now and it's quite aggravating. I usually order big for my family and I for dinner, and we enjoy everything else we receive, but the Gordita's are my favorite and I am really disappointed every time I get the wrong one. The staff needs to be trained on reading the screens on the lines for order accuracy (I used to work as a Shift Lead at a Taco Bell in another state, I know that it says "NC Gordita" on the screen) to ensure this doesn't keep happening, and I will be discussing this with a manager upon my next visit.

When did the price of taco bell become almost too expensive for fast food?
05/02/2024 @ 7:57 am. Cashier , AZUCENA M.I'm IRRITATED with Taco Bell at this point. The one on Oxon Hill road as well. But this one is IN LIVINGSTON SQUARE. I asked for A steak crunch wrap. I ASKED HER if creamy jalapeno sauce comes on the crunch wrap...SHE SAYS NO! AND I KNOW IT DOES. SHE SAID NO...IT...DOES...NOT! So I said ok. Can I have it on the crunch wrap AND 1 EXTRA ON THE SIDE? SHE SAID YES. She actually asked me two more times if I wanted the sauce on it AS WELL AS on the side. I said YES! She gives me a plain dry crunch wrap and then has the nerve to charge my card .87 (basically a dollar) for some donation! I was very upset. You're gonna charge me without asking me AND YOU CANT EVEN GET MY ORDER CORRECT?!? NO! I WANT MY 87 CENT BACK OR A FREE CRUNCH WRAP. IM ABOUT TO BE DONE WITH TACO BELL. ??
Quality and attention to their product is lacking at this location. Items were not fully filled, one item contained the stem of the lettuce head, one item was not closed all the way so the few ingredients that were there were falling out. I am a Taco Bell Alumni and loyal Customer. This location could use some Corporate Intervention in my Opinion.
