05/02/2024 @ 7:57 am. Cashier , AZUCENA M.I'm IRRITATED with Taco Bell at this point. The one on Oxon Hill road as well. But this one is IN LIVINGSTON SQUARE. I asked for A steak crunch wrap. I ASKED HER if creamy jalapeno sauce comes on the crunch wrap...SHE SAYS NO! AND I KNOW IT DOES. SHE SAID NO...IT...DOES...NOT! So I said ok. Can I have it on the crunch wrap AND 1 EXTRA ON THE SIDE? SHE SAID YES. She actually asked me two more times if I wanted the sauce on it AS WELL AS on the side. I said YES! She gives me a plain dry crunch wrap and then has the nerve to charge my card .87 (basically a dollar) for some donation! I was very upset. You're gonna charge me without asking me AND YOU CANT EVEN GET MY ORDER CORRECT?!? NO! I WANT MY 87 CENT BACK OR A FREE CRUNCH WRAP. IM ABOUT TO BE DONE WITH TACO BELL. ??

Quality and attention to their product is lacking at this location. Items were not fully filled, one item contained the stem of the lettuce head, one item was not closed all the way so the few ingredients that were there were falling out. I am a Taco Bell Alumni and loyal Customer. This location could use some Corporate Intervention in my Opinion.

Ordered thru Door Dash beef Tacos and Chicken quesadilla ... I had NO MEAT ... None . read receipt, had no beef ??? Nothing else. One I have no idea how I lost the beef and no idea why the quesadilla had no chicken ??? Tried to call the store... Forget it! Goes to voice mail that is full. Called 1-800 number... After waiting over 8 mins was told it's Door Dash problem. NO it is your problem !!! I am out the fee and the food. You need to be able to take responsibility for your good. Good luck to others ...

Newly opened taco bell is nice inside and I haven't had to wait long for mobile orders but they don't mark their food at all. I ordered 5 burritos, 1 x chicken, 2 x steak, 1 x steak no sour cream, and 1 x steak plus guac. We gotta open and cut each one to figure out which is which. Do better, taco bell. This is basic fast food stuff.EDIT: after cutting into all the burritos we found out they didn't get the order right either. Lowering my rating one more star.

I simply asked for a burrito with no beans, and what do I get a full bean burrito with rice, which is in no way what I asked for- I ordered a beef burrito supreme…so I get home and call the manager, whom I believe gave me a fake name because it took her too long to give me a name. I explained the issue and she said “well we make mistakes and I guess you didn’t like our mistake”….what kind of customer service training were they provided…and this was a small issue that could have been easily rectified…..This location just opened and service is already this bad….i hope the district manager nips this type of behavior quickly or this store will be problematic…too bad!!!

Respectfully! I waited for 40 minutes to get a stale chalupa and old and cold fiesta potato’s. This is a new establishment and this shouldn’t be. Maybe you all opened too soon without proper staffing!

This taco bell is not going to make it if it doesn't get faster. They had 3 people waiting for over 20 minutes and no line in the drive thru or inside. Employees socialize too much. Mainly the ones working on November 25 8:30 pm. Way too slow and inaccurate orders.

Went through drive thru. Ordered a meal with my order. Came with a drink. Wanted a Sierra mist.... got a sparkling water. Not cool. Not going back.
