I just visited this location and there are employees in there that really don’t understand and or speak complete English so there was a language you got as I’m trying to get information from the employees. The one gentleman probably did not speak English at all. Just ignore me and walked off and everyone in the store, laughing and joking. I’m the type that we speak up so I did speak out to these guys and let them know that they don’t need to do any of that if they wanna say anything, they can say it directly to me. This is a good store location. They employees need to be trained a lot more or replaced.

Tropical Smoothie Café is that spot, okay…Every time I pull up, it’s a whole vibe. First of all, their açaí bowls, I could eat those all day, every day. They’re always fresh, perfectly blended, and just the right balance of sweetness. Whether I need a quick snack or a little pick-me-up, that bowl never misses. It’s so good, I’ll catch myself scraping the bottom of the container like, “Why didn’t I grab two?”

And let’s get into that jalapeño corn. Whew! If you haven’t tried it, you’re playing games. It’s got the perfect kick, not too spicy, but enough to let you know it’s in the building. The flavors are bold, smoky, and absolutely delicious. It’s one of those sides you keep thinking about long after the last bite.

What really seals the deal for me, though, is their customer service. Top-tier every single time. The staff is friendly, quick, and always gets my order right. They know how to keep the line moving without making you feel rushed. Everything about this place screams consistency. If you haven’t experienced Tropical Smoothie Café yet, you’re seriously missing out. They understood the assignment and delivered!

Unfortunately you can really tell that the smoothies at this location are 90% ice and water. No taste for a 8$ smoothie. I thought it was just a fluke but I came back 3 other times and definitely could not taste any of the ingredients in my smoothie.

All I wanted was to call for my buffalo to be on the side, Instantly after explaining my concern Instantly hung up the phone & ignored the rest of my calls. Hang up on me one more time, whoever was on the phone needs to be fired.

Best place ever. Maybelin is so helpful when my App doesn't work at the drive- thru. Mr. Ivan is friendly and there is an older gentleman who works the drive thru at night who is super kind. Great people there. Highly recommend.

Tyrell, the manager, is a very humble guy and always willing and able to help. One thing I can say is when you get a smoothie, that straw is waiting for you.Anna is the sweetest and always takes care of me and my family when we come in. She is always wearing a smile and makes you feel welcome. One of the best smoothie makers⭐Ivin is a stand-up guy and very professional when helping customers. His customer service is amazing, and his attire is always sharp. One of the best smoothie makers ⭐Jocelyn is always helpful and amazing when we come in. She takes care of me and my family when we approach to pay.Tyrell Jr. is a young man who is always attentive and a great listener.I am very appreciative of these individuals. They are the reason Tropical Smoothie in this area is what it is today.They should all be recognized for there surpreme customer service and great attitude towards customers.

We made a mobile order and they closed the doors before 7:48 pm which is the time our order was ready. We had to sit in drive through line for 15mins to get our food. Completely unacceptable service.

The customer service is terrible, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I pulled up to the drive through line after getting off work and picking up my kids from school excited to get a light but filling meal from there, as I have before, but when I stopped at the window no one answered for a good 8-10 minutes. I said hello a few times into the mic very calmly to see if anyone was there and maybe didn’t notice a car had pulled up… NO RESPONSE. Then I decided to finally pull up to the window after waiting an eternity and inside there were two girls chatting away. Neither were doing there job and I could even tell one of them was SUPPOSED to be at the window because she had a head set on. We made eye contact and she simply turned her head away not rushing to go back to her station, or come to the window. (She also had an AirPod in her ear which I thought was very unprofessional.) after realizing she was not going to take my order any time soon I then decided to leave. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND BAD ATTITUDES ALL AROUND.

Pros: Delicious smoothies and inviting atmosphere.Cons: very large Staff member at the drive-thru messed up the order, used their phone while working, and was unfriendly. Management appears to be lacking in proper training or supervision.
