I came here a month ago and let it past because I asked for fruit punch and instead got a strawberry soda. They don’t give no receipts no nothing just throw the food out the window and shut it. And didn’t even give me all my food, no napkins, no straw, no nothing

This is insane. Placed an order at drive thru 2:15pm 4/28/2025. Cashier told me that I have to wait on fries. I waited over 15 min for fries and decided to walk in from drive thru waiting area. Upon going in the guy at register proceeded to give me cold food and French fries that sat out for at least the last 30 min (room temp). I said I would just like a refund ans waited another 15 min. to be brushed off by the manager. She then stated she would have to refund from her phone but never came back up to the front. I lost a whole lunch break and still waiting for my money to be placed on my card. Please avoid this Wendy's at all cost.

The new management at Fort Washington Wendy’s is awesome I have suffered so many times at Wendy’s with poor service and employee employees who just didn’t care They have a new manager down there who is making great changes She’s there during the morning and will listen to you. Tell her about the issues you had in the past she says she’s working on the culture and I love it. You’ve had a bad experience in the past give them another try it’s worth it!

PLEASE PLEASE, NEVER GO HERE!!! They forgot my change...then got mad at me. The food was not cooked, drinks were flat, and fries were cold. I will never go back and I encourage you to save your money!!

I ordered a ghost pepper chicken combo how in gods name do you just dump fries in not even in the fry holder, ice cold and probably 2 days old and forget the actual sandwich! They all need to be fired!!!

No matter what time you come here or order ahead, the food hasn't been ready, or there's an error with the order. It seems they hire staff that don't care about service or overall quality. Avoid this location if you can.

Employees are Undertrained Establishment is under staffed and that's clear by the wait time when your the only one on drive-thru. McDonald's is killing this place. Food orders are usually incorrect or cold. Wasted money on remodel

Food is always wrong and services is always slow. You can been the only one in drive-thru and it takes 10mins. Every time I order take out I'm missing items or just get them wrong. They shouldn't have remodel it should've been torn down. McDonald's right next to it always has a line for good reason and even when busy food comes out HOT and correct. They serving cold food and incorrect items if they give you anything at all. I will not be spending another dime in this trash establishment

I ordered my first breakfast sandwich. Take out. Unfortunately, the muffin, for me, was a bit too firm. The egg was missing from the sandwich. Service was pleasant. Facility was clean.
