Hi I went to Wendy’s tonight and I asked for hr bacon cheese burger 🍔 was no bacon then I asked for nuggets omg those nuggets was nasty 🤢 I will not come here to purchase anymore food
Then the young lady did something suspect with my debit card 💳.

I know who does that 😏 anymore.
It was ice 🧊 cold 🥶 in the eating area. Not sure if the heater was broken or what. Otherwise I would have done 5 stars.

OMGGGGGGG, when i say they had the best customer service ever, they had the best customer service......the first time in a long time. When i walked in Ms.V the manager and Jacob who worked the front end acknowledged me with a wonderful and comical greet because my face was squished up, lmaols....so they instantly made me laugh. They were friendly, helpful, and you can tell that they take their job serious all with a little humor....something thats needed nowadays because people are soooo serious. If yall need a nice pick me up or laugh or be around people that have great aura and energy.........go here. You will not be disappointed with the services or the food. Ay yall have yourselves a loyal customer. and ill be looking for yall each time i come lol.

This place is getting worst by the day. All because of the people working there. Where is management ? You order your food online and they don’t even have it ready, always a big line. I waited 35 mins for 5 biggie bags pre ordered smh. They need a better system, and inside you see some workers on the phones, or on laying there heads on
The tables not helping the crew while a big line is waiting. McDonald’s seems to have a better set up going on or management. I’ll definitely be calling corporate.

Never coming back to this location, I’ll take my chances in Oxon hill. The lady at the window always sitting down. I came here a month ago and let it past because I asked for fruit punch and instead got a strawberry soda. They don’t give no receipts no nothing just throw the food out the window and shut it. And didn’t even give me all my food, no napkins, no straw, no nothing

This is insane. Placed an order at drive thru 2:15pm 4/28/2025. Cashier told me that I have to wait on fries. I waited over 15 min for fries and decided to walk in from drive thru waiting area. Upon going in the guy at register proceeded to give me cold food and French fries that sat out for at least the last 30 min (room temp). I said I would just like a refund ans waited another 15 min. to be brushed off by the manager. She then stated she would have to refund from her phone but never came back up to the front. I lost a whole lunch break and still waiting for my money to be placed on my card. Please avoid this Wendy's at all cost.

The new management at Fort Washington Wendy’s is awesome
I have suffered so many times at Wendy’s with poor service and employee employees who just didn’t care
They have a new manager down there who is making great changes
She’s there during the morning and will listen to you. Tell her about the issues you had in the past she says she’s working on the culture and I love it.
You’ve had a bad experience in the past give them another try it’s worth it!

PLEASE PLEASE, NEVER GO HERE!!! They forgot my change...then got mad at me. The food was not cooked, drinks were flat, and fries were cold. I will never go back and I encourage you to save your money!!
