Horrible customer service. I’m speaking about the lady at the front desk. I went up to pick up my food to go from their Aloha Krab part. As soon as I walked in the restaurant, the lady saw me and tried to hide herself behind the desk.. then when I walked up and said I was here to pick up my order, she yelled at me “WHATS YOUR NAME?!?!” And when I told her my name, she yelled at me again “YOU NEED TO TELL ME YOUR NAME BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER!!! DONT JUST STAND THERE” Then I told her I was standing there for a good 3-4 minutes and I know she saw me but she was too busy on her phone and hiding from me.. Then she got up annoyed as ever to seat people who came in after me… the fact that she had the balls to yell at me when I told her I was there to get my order.. great food, but change the front desk lady.. she’s not good for hosting!!
