We used to love this place, but it’s definitely gone down hill! Don’t waste your time or money here. Food order was completely wrong…. Then they brought out cold wings. Manager, Sol, was useless. She clearly didn’t care. She wouldn’t even give us her name. We had to get it from the bartender. Wow. So disappointed. We will not be back.

The wings were pretty good. The pizza was a little above a frozen pizza. The roast beef on weck, this is where it went really downhill. To quote Rodney Dangerfield; Tell the chef this is low grade dog food, the meat still had marks from the jockey hitting it. It wasn't edible. So tough and veiny that it all came out of the sandwich in the two bites I took before abandoning it completely. The bun also missed the true WNY mark with a massive amount of caraway seeds. The waitresses were very attentive and polite. I didn't complain about the sandwich and just buried it under a napkin for it's trip to the dumpster long after it should have already been there.

Did a pick up order through calling…that was easy to place I guess, besides the fact they make hurdles for you to just do it online. Got home and checked the food, the foil this bread was in was ripped before I even touched it. Look at this though, This is your garlic bread?? You’ve gotta be kidding me…

The wings were delicious! They are famous for their roast beef, if they see this, they should ditch all the spices and salt on the bun! Lord Almighty that was excessively too much salt. I ditched the lid of the bun and just ate the bottom part. I think if they ditched the salt of the bun itself it would be much better!!!!
Otherwise it was delicious and I enjoyed my meal. 🙂

Walked in and waited to be seated, instead I just got stares. Sign says wait to be seated by host, but where’s the host? All I needed was one red flag 🚩
Most of the problems were related to service, so difficult to judge fairly. Basically fine. Ordered cheese steak, received chicken. Ordered mussels, never received. Everyone asked for ranch, received a mix of blue cheese and ranch. Kids were getting antsy, so didn't bother correcting, just made sure we weren't billed for the mussels. As usual for chicken sliced so thin, somewhat dry, but fine. Wings were good, but not to the standard from the original Anchor bar in Buffalo. Slightly under-done as the meat was still sticking to the bones. Crab pretzel was fine, but a little light on crab for my liking, and certainly not 'giant' like you would imagine a Bavarian pretzel. Chili was decent. More of a soup-style pretty heavy on tomato, which isn't my personal preference, but nothing wrong with it. But kids thoroughly enjoyed their spaghetti and meatballs, so not a disaster.

This is the best place in the area, hands-down, to get wings. We came here today for our 4th or 5th visit, while disappointed their sunday wing and rib special is no longer on the menu, still thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would love for them to expand into Hagerstown or the Eastern Panhandle of WV

Took my Grandson here for lunch on the 14th of August after school shopping. I got the Buffalo Chicken Wrap with Ranch dressing instead of the blue cheese dressing and potatoe frys and he got wings and frys..The food was delious and plentiful. Service was awesome..We sat outside where is a nice patio..Will be going back to try other things..
