It’s Applebees so you shouldn’t expect much. Below mediocre food is the standard expectation. However what you don’t expect is raw chicken and a medium steak being served purple in the middle. The management did not handle well. We all left hungry. Disappointed experience.

Ordered wings for the appetizer they were excellent. Had the dinner special two for 25 good price enjoyed the dinning experience 👍

Applebee's 🍎 has fallen off something terrible. The place looks a mess. The servers don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. I was so disappointed and disgusted. This used to be the Hang out spot after a long work week. Hopefully, they have staff meeting to get the staff together.

Dined in and my boyfriend ordered a burger with just cheese and bacon, it came out with cheese and when he asked for it to be fixed the waitress acted as if it was an inconvenience to her. My boyfriends brother left his card there and was charged for doordash for 70 bucks but yet applebees claims to have found the card themselves, a little fishy…make sure you have your belongings before you leave.

Reasonably sure this restaurant stole my debit card. Our visit began with sub-par food and service, with dry, tough mozzarella sticks and our meals being prepared incorrectly. After leaving the restaurant and paying, I noticed two fraudulent charges to Door dash totalling $70, and my card missing from my wallet. Upon calling the restaurant and explaining the situation (after cancelling my card), the employee who answered the phone had the nerve to ask what the fraudulent charges were, and assured me that nobody had used the card. Unless somehow my card was in two places at once or was stolen online, I believe that the staff at this restaurant used my card illegally and fraudulently to order themselves $46.74 and $30.01 of DoorDash. Stay classy Applebee's.
Needs bottles of mustard instead of little packets. Was told corporate decided this!!!!

The Service was Dreadful. The waiter literally took away a plate of appetizers we had ordered because they were cold, and he NEVER brought them back. I will NEVER go to Applebee's ever again.

I really enjoyed watching the mice run across the floor as my higher than a spaceship server Devon walked around talking to himself. Then he took my Pepsi to refill it and never returned. After I finished eating my entire meal without anything to drink, I asked what happened to the second entree we had ordered. He said "OH yeah the chicken cheese pasta." Never put the order in. Never brought me another Pepsi. But I got a piece of his "art" on the back of the receipt. Looked like scribbles from a 2 year old. But that's how he monetized and got that money. I'm seriously considering framing the receipt. But hey before we left he offered me a 15% off discount card for veterans. I explained i was never in the military, that's okay I just "have to come see him" and suddenly I will have. I don't know what was more disturbing the mice or the waiter.

Long waits between staff coming to the table. Ordered medium burger, got well done. Wanted no mayo on chicken, got mayo. Asked for side of bbq sauce, never came. Ordered a drink from the bar, arrived when we were almost finished w the meal. Bacon was like rubber, as were the fries. Restaurant felt odd ... Work materials spread on tables, one had paperwork and laptop spread across it, tables unclean. Staff wearing mainly street clothes with very little distinguishing them from customers. I hadn't been to Applebee's in 2 decades because of poor service. I'd seen several tiktoks about the burger deal, so gave it a try. I guess I'll wait another 2 decades to give it a try again.
