We were waiting 20min to be waited on and nothing. There were 3 tables and the waiter kept going to them and just walked by us. Didn’t say anything or even acknowledge us. We got up and left. It was just plan horrible.

I do not recommend going to this Applebees, I ordered the riblets and they tasted like they were microwaved. My girl ordered the lime chicken Fresca and it was dry and bland. The only good thing about this location was our server. Not sure if all locations are this bad.

Sam was absolutely amazing! she handled all of our needs with kindness and grace. We had to return my friend’s steak for being overcooked and she did it no problem and with a smile. She was an amazing server and will definitely ask to be in her section again!

Food was okay surprisingly. However my husband and I both had strong stomach pains 1 hour after eating, we tossed our leftovers. I ordered Dr. Pepper it was definitely pepsi with extra cherry flavoring in it. Waitress asked if we were ready to order 3 times within the first 5 minutes, they were fast, got the order right.Sounds from around the bar resonate through the restaurant, bar conversations were not family friendly. Applebee's just isn't for us.

We visited this location on 2/18/24 and while waiting for food to come out (waited about 50 minutes) a bug crawled across our table. My husband and I immediately lost our appetite and notified the manger. The manager said they were “brick bugs” and that they were aware of this. Service was fine however if we wanted to dine with bugs we would have gone camping.

I love Applebee's and was sad when they left Hagerstown. I don't mind making the drive to Frederick to visit their location. The food and service are alway's great we are never disappointed.

I have noticed a remarkable waiter among your staff @ Applebee's in Waynesboro Pa.. Brandon was very polite, prompt, and sociable we loved having him as our waiter. I also noticed that he did not hesitate to help an older disabled lady, (at a table that was not his) when she spilt her drink over herself and the floor. I hope that this finds the correct hands and that he will be recognized for all that he does. We really enjoyed ourselves and my husband let him know that it has been along time since we have had a waiter as good as Brandon was.

Was definitely the cleanest Applebee's I've ever been to. Soup wasn't very hot and they forgot to put the mushrooms on the mushroom swiss burger but it was still delicious.

Haven't been to the ole' Applebee's in years !...but gotta say ...it was clean and food was good, dessert was really good and for a quick Monday night ..I don't want to cook night ..price point was perfect !

Ate here on a Saturday early afternoon it was just me and my 2 younger girls. Decided to come here for the $1 margs and I thought it would be quick because we just spent the day at the pumpkin patch and didn’t want fast food. Well quick dinner was definitely not the word! Got there at 4:30 and was surprised at how empty the restaurant was on a Saturday. No one came and greeted us for about 10 mins. Not even 5 steps away from us there was at least 5 of the staff migrating at a round table. Someone finally noticed and took our drink order then another server came and asked for our drink order again then we got our drinks and ordered and maybe 5 mins after that another server came up and said she would actually be the one taking care of us. They did apologize but it was just strange to me. That 3 people took care of us and there was maybe a 10 tables in the restaurant waited a good 30 mins for our food we only got kids Mac and cheese, kids pizza, and I got two appetizers then the food runner gave us our food an apologize for the wait and told me quote there a mess back there… now I have waited tables for 10 years and would never say that to a table! We only saw our server twice. Then I asked her for a box and then asked about desert for the girls. She came back with a box and the check…. I was going to ask for a manager but the table behind us asked for one and one never came so that was that. So finally we left at 6:20 so much for a quick dinner Applebees is my favorite restaurant but don’t go to this one they were a hott mess!!
