Ate there today for the first time. Got 2 entrees and lots of appetizers and soup. Nothing was outstanding and in fact quite dry and lacked flavor. It almost tasted like it was prepared days ago and reheated. Wonton soup was pretty good and the sweet and sour chicken was the well done but the rest was not great and portions compared to other restaurants like Modern Asia were small. They have no online ordering and any menus you see on-line the prices are very out of date. I think...
Taking value into consideration, five stars for large portions and using fresh vegetables, and of course price. Shrimp egg rolls were also good. Doesn't look like much from outside, but pretty delicious.

I’m new to the Frederick area and would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the mood for some Chinese food.
The food quality and taste was great very clean and not over oily. Chicken and veggies was very good.
