Disappointing experience going here recently. Workers were unfriendly and unhelpful when ordering. No menu or combos now as well. Pretzels were overcooked. Would not recommend this location any longer.

Why does it say it close at 9 when the mall close at 8 but thats not even the real problem the problem is the staff sucks barely can get good service pretzels weee old you can tell they been under the heat for hours if i could leave no stars i would

Had a old colleague who ate there and got food poisoning from it and I even had a pretzel there was feeling nauseous and sick to my stomach a couple of hours after, coming to find out they got a recall! Don’t eat there

This place is absolutely disgusting! I ordered a pepperoni pretzel bite on a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up the lady helped 2 people with their mobile order and they got there way after me. Waited 10 minutes for a pretzel to be told they didn’t have the bites but had the pretzel with pepperoni which is a $3 difference! I was hungry so I just took it and when I ate I wanted to cry for the money I just sent to die. The pretzel was old and had been sitting around, it tasted atrocious! The staff couldn’t be bothered to make a fresh pretzel on a mobile order. Downright shameful and a overall disrespectful experience

The pretzels taste like soap…no matter what u get from there…and I’ve told them this before but it’s like they don’t care…they keep preparing the dough for the pretzel in the washroom where they have the washer and dryer machine….plsss change this.

Manager was rude , while ordering she continued to ask anything else anything else mid word of me ordering , gave me a strawberry lemonade plain said she put 4 pumps of the syrup rudely rolled her eyes when handled the other lemonade which was the same as the other one which then she said she had put 5 pumps and still looked plain , continue to argue about how that was the amount they put while it looked the same . Rude .
