Pretzels were hard and overcooked. Stick with the subs. #SUBWAY

This location was open it was close to 11am on Sunday (today). The woman behind the counter as I was walking up began rolling her eyes at me. I asked I’m sorry, are you open. She responded with another eye roll and said with an attitude yes. I gave my order anyway and she responded with another eye roll and mumbled. I couldn’t hear her so I said I’m sorry what…? So she began rolling her eyes more and saying louder two minutes. I said ok and stepped back. Another woman came out and was whispering to her and both looking back at me as though I was an inconvenience to them. They made my food however had the subway girl ring me up. I was in no way mean or rude to them. I was in fact very kind to them and yet I was disappointed in their lack of customer service. Do not go here. You too will feel like an inconvenience.

Love

I ordered some sour cream and onion pretzels from this specific location. When I arrived home, settled in and took the pretzels out to eat, I noticed all of them had a brownish powder all over (photo attached). The sour cream and onion which I have ordered many times since the 90s always has a whitish powder. I am not sure if the powder is expired or if it's the oil the pretzels where dipped in causing the brownish powder. I tasted it and it doesn't taste like the sour cream and onion. It has a slight hint of sour cream and onion and a heavy taste of something else. I called the store 3 different times and no answer. I hope a manager will read this and check to ensure the problem that caused this is remedied.

Pretzel dogs are never fresh or you always have to wait to get them made. And they always look like they have been sitting out all night long and just brushed with butter in the morning. Service here is always hit or miss.

Best pretzel place by far

The employees at this location are wonderful. But auntie Anne's I will never!! Eat at again. They are advertising for a new pepperoni pretzel with marinara sauce. No where does it say the sauce is 94 cents more. When you but a hotdog do people charge for the ketchup? Ridiculous. Auntie. Anne's you just lost my business
