I came here to get a drink it’s supposed to be open it’s 10:26 and when I came they have nothing ready and say they don’t know when they’ll be open because they still have to cook everything. How can a store be open with nothing ready. Worst auntie Anne’s the employees answer with attitude for no reason , why have a auntie Anne’s in Frederick if the food is never ready in time and the employees don’t even want to work there.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, I just don't return if I have a poor experience, but this experience almost took me out of my character. All I wanted was to fork over $4 for a pretzel dog on my way out of Walmart, but apparently they can't be bothered. At first, the wench at the register was ringing up 2 subs that weren't even close to being finished. Okay, I'm not knocking how they flow, but the wench purposefully turned her head the other way and ignored me standing right in front of her, THEN , when another customer walks up to subway, she walks away from the register and started making their sub. I got the hint and left.

Check your receipts and bank statements when shopping here... The owner of this franchise stole money out of my bank account by adding unauthorized tips after I paid with a card. When I came to realize this, I emailed him to try to get this settled out and was met with a very unsettling and suspicious response, leading me to believe he has done this to others and will continue. Always get a receipt when paying with a card!!!
