Ok. This is nothing close to egusi soup. You all should take it off your menu if you don't know how to make this Nigerian cuisine.
Completely tasteless with water and vegetables being the main ingredient. The little egusi that was in the bowl were completely separate from the leaves. It was so bad that I didn't want to take a picture of it.
