Such friendly service! The staff was not only super welcoming to me, but they also were extremely friendly and patient while taking my sisters order who has special needs. Our coffee and food came out in a timely fashion and as ordered. The good vibes the staff gave off were felt all across the cafe. I wish I caught their names because they deserve the praise.

I love a bookstore that no employee talks to you as your looking around. Cashier and I had a nice chat tho. She was nice
Genuinely surprised about the bad reviews. This is a café that has a very decent menu of breakfast stuff, sweets and even a few lunch items. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful.
Barnes & Noble in Frederick, MD is wonderful!!! They have every book you could think including my book, “Who’s sleeping with your husband? The staff is phenomenal and they make each person feel special. Stop by and visit the Barnes & Noble in Frederick, MD.

Correct! This is not a Starbucks and they don't claim to be. They claim to sell Starbucks products which they do, just like every other Starbucks FRANCHISE!
I wouldn't say this was awesome. This is NOT a Starbucks. They have Starbucks all over the place but won't take a Starbucks gift card. Sorry, sir, do you have a B&N card? No, I want a coffee.
