Partner & I arrived @ 8:40pm on Saturday, 6/30/24. Lights were out, doors locked. We sat in the car, and decided to go to Rita’s. While sitting there, in front of BR, we watched 4-5 families (with little children) try to enter your locked establishment.
If you guys just establish your own hours on a whim, or possibly, there was a problem - put a sign up that you had close early! Let your patrons know.

They were sold out of over half of their flavors! And the staff were rude about it like it was my fault for ordering something they didn’t have.

How can you be called an ice cream shop with no ice cream. Why are you even open. Couldn't make anything on the menu

My family always gets the wrong orders when we come here, the workers always get confused every time, they don’t have any flavors we ask for. Today, I ordered a double scoop and one of the scoops was half the size of a regular scoop I usually get, and when I went back to show them the size of the ice cream, the lady was upset and gave an attitude and she said she had been working there for 3 years and the size of the scoops are the same, but it’s not. I’ve came to this baskin robins and other Baskin robins and the scoops are never small like this scoop. She asked if I wanted another scoop but she said “this is only time I’m going to do this for you.” I’m not begging for another scoop I’m just trying to advise them that the size of the scoop is unacceptable. When I said I don’t want another scoop (because I see her attitude) she said “Okay, thank you” and then she shut the window immediately and left. I have my daughter next to me 12 years old and she said, “she has an attitude, she’s being rude.” This situation is unsustainable and I’m giving up on going to this Baskin robins, after so many times of coming here and always getting the order wrong. The owner of this Baskin robins needs to do something about this and needs to pay attention. I’ve been a customer of Baskin robins for over 20 years and this place is new and it’s sad to look at Baskin robins now and seeing it getting worse, day by day. The employees have a total attitude and they need to do something about it. This is why this Baskin robins is loosing customers. This is honest opinion about how I feel about this westview Baskin robins.

Went in a bought a hot coffee, (which wasn't even lukewarm.) In the past I have had multiple issues with this store unfortunately. Don't think I'll be back unfortunately......
Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever went to. I ordered a cake online. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t make it, because they were out of the ice cream I had chosen. No phone call, no email, nothing. I had no choice but to grab a cake they had on hand. They gave me $10 credit towards the cake I was forced to buy. It took two weeks and 5 phone calls from me to the customer help dept. Before I got a phone call back from John Henry the franchise owner. He was of no help, told me to bring the cake back and he would give me a refund. What cake? You never made it. The manager Fernando was rude and nasty to me. I will never visit a Baskin Robbins again.
Good selection of ice creams and donuts
ordered two brownie sundaes from here and only got two scoops of ice cream no toppings no brownies
I don’t want to knock the service completely, however, the girl taking our order at the drive thru took our full order and asked us again for our full order at the window. My husband and I noticed her accent and that she was having some trouble communicating in English so we answered her in Spanish as we are Hispanic. Despite repeating our order in Spanish, my son said his vanilla milk shake tasted like just milk and I ask for chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles and maraschino cherries. I received the chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and no cherries. I know it’s not a huge deal but if I’m paying for something I explained twice in English & Spanish, it would be nice to get my order as requested. In my experience, at this location, the customer service is mediocre/ bad. The female workers seem to always have an attitude and even rude at times. I am always very kind and thankful but it’s sad as a customer that the same isn’t being reciprocated.
I go to the drive-through to purchase some ice cream. But don't know what flavors of ice cream. They have so I get out to go inside. I tell the lady in the drive-through that I'm going inside. I guess you're the door and it's locked. It was 843 and they don't close until 9 o'clock.

We have been getting Cappuccino Blasts for up to 15 years. Over this time we have encountered as many different ways to make it as there have been servers. Tiny little differing amounts of ice cream, no variety of ice cream allowed only the vanilla, one scoop of ice cream in the small and medium only difference? More milk! Large price increase for more milk? Seriously? The last time was the most disappointing change yet. We were told the Cappuccino Blast no longer contained ICE CREAM! Just milk and the Cappuccino sauce mixture. Same price, which was already borderline ridiculous, and now no ice cream. I could add ice cream if I wanted to for $3.50!!! It is hard to imagine what the people who make these truly stupid choices were thinking. Are they trying to eliminate the B&R component all together? Well frankly, they are headed in the right direction.
We used to go to this location approximately once a month. Tonight the drive thru clerk first said we could order a chocolate ice cream cone. Then, when asked about what other ice cream flavors they have, he said no to everything. Then we said "Do you have any ice cream?" He said "No". We won't be going to this location again.
I went to their location last night in frederick, and the girl behind the ice cream scoop asked what I wanted and when we told them what we wanted she then started talking small talk to another employee. This went on for about another 2 minutes and then she finally looked at us and said what would you like. I told her I already told her what I wanted. Seems if you're going to have kids working at an ice cream place, they should at least be respectful to the customers who are paying their wages.
The girl attending me was very rude won't be going back here. Thanks but no thanks.
Usually great but the past couple times I've gone they've given me the wrong flavor :/
