This place is trash. Got a scoop of ice cream that was hollow inside. I got more cone than ice cream. I’d gladly pay more for more ice cream. Make sure you ask for double scoops so you can get a normal amount of ice cream. Never in my life had I had such a poor experience at a baskins and robin. This place would be better served charging $5 for a real scoop of ice cream than the the BS $3 summer special. LMAO. They should get their franchise revoked.

most of the time this place is great, but theres one employee who basically goes out of her way to give you scoops that are like 50% the size that any other employee would give. she wears glasses and is like hispanic or something idk if shes serving then just go to a diff ice cream place

Always, always have issues at this B&R! Unfriendly staff who seem like we're inconveniencing them. 1. Out of product, last two times we went they were out of Mint Chocolate Chip! w/in a two week span. 2. I was advised to not get my son's Rainbow Sherbet on a cone, she told me it would fall off and wanted to put it in a cup. We got it on a cone (as we always do) and it was fine, as per usual. 3. The regular scoops were airy and light and small. I just feel like it's always something at this store.
