Beef 'n Buns 'n Paradise

Well, it is a mixed bag of reactions. Starting with the drinks, I do not know how long it has been since they cleaned their lines at their fountain drinks because what I had was not cherry coke. Secondly, when your kid starts complaining about how pink the patty is, it gives you a thought. Thirdly, why aren't there enough napkins? Finally, you failed to properly listen to my name when you asked, but it is okay. At least, I give you a "C" for effort.

You need to pull in to the parking lot realize what's going on here -- it's a takeout shack with outdoor seating. The club sandwich is great, with really juicy tomatoes. I'll come back to try a shake!

I just wanted to say, I’ve ate here once and it was the BEST burger I have ever ate in my life! But every time I have tried to come here after they are constantly closed! Always an inconvenience. They are closed for the fair when there are other places closer to the fair that are open?, what the hell. But again great good!

Great Frederick restaurant. Well-made, unique burgers, like the Hawaiian (my favorite) or the Bay burger with a crabcake on top. Don't forget the ice cream and shakes!

Been going for years and it’s never changed. Food is consistently good and the service has been consistently grumpy, sometimes like your order is an inconvenience. For the high price and long wait times some service with a smile would be nice.

We always stop here on our way west. This time I had shrimp salad z cool and refreshing. Made in house. The owner let me sample the shrimp and chicken prior to ordering.

My family went here on a hot day to get some ice cream. When paying, we made sure to give a good tip. The ice cream was delicious, but one of my children asked for ice water because he was feeling very hot. I went to ask for a small cup of water, and was perplexed when the staff was very clearly annoyed with that request and handed it over with a dismissive attitude. I will find other places to have ice cream from now on (shout out to all the awesome local shops who have happily given my kiddos cups of water on hot days).

Great place to stop to get jumbo beef hot dogs! We ordered the nacho and chili dogs, which were very good! They do not have any indoor seating or bathrooms. If you planned on eating there, it's definitely not a place to stop if it's raining or cold out. However, you can still order food to go regardless of the the weather. The outside eating area is a decent size and accommodating. You pick your seat and wait for them to call your name out the back door. They do not walk the food out to you, but rather you walk to them and get your food. This was definitely a different experience.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but the crabcake/hamburger was not on par. I've gotten it atleast 5 times before and always rated it 5 stars. I've have the egg custard shake atleast 10 times and it USED to be absolutely fabulous and I craved it a few times a year. This time? I don't know what t g e heck kind of artificially (tasting) flavor it was supposed to be. Before I always was impressed, EVERYTIME, with EVERYTHING. $45 for 2 burgers, 1 smal fry , 1 small soda and small, thick sugar milk was not something I want to come back to. I have to leave here with 3 stars.

Food was ok. But for the price we paid for a family of 4 was rather pricey for Just a cheeseburger and lemonade. I get prices are up across the board but $83.00 for just 4 cheeseburgers and 4 large drinks? Sorry, won’t be returning.
