the $7 plus tax tiramusa is a pre made pudding cup basically... so disappointing...and it's partially frozen
Pizza was OK. I loved the thick stretchy cheese but didn't care for the sauce that was on the sweeter side with an aftertaste.

Came here last night from a suggestion on a Facebook group. Lots of people stated it was the best pizza in Frederick. Now we’ve only tried a few other places as we’re not from around here. Most of the food was good. But none of us were impressed with the pizza. I didn’t even snap a picture of it, it was that mediocre. Just my opinion, where I’m from the pizza tastes different. So it’s probably just me. Boyfriend said the wedge was good. He never gets full, but that thing made him stuffed.
I’m still gonna stick with a 5 star as the food came out fast, a lot of people seem to like it, and it was what it was supposed to be. Food was reasonably priced too. The restaurant was also very, very small with only a few tables.

Had a calzone here and it was stuffed with meat and veggies. The crust was wonderfully browned and it was served with just the right amount of sauce. It was delicious. Definitely would recommend.

I've tried every pizza in Frederick and this by far the best. This is the best pizza I've had outside of the NY/NJ area.
Good place to grab a pie despite it being hidden in a bad location. We dined in without calling ahead. This is apparently not the best way to go as, while they do have tables inside, only a few and I wouldn't really call it a sit down restaurant. Also, very Pittsburgh-themed, if you care about that. LOL.
The pie itself was loaded with toppings that were fresh and flavorful. The sauce balanced tangy and sweet well. Cheese was real, and really oily. The crust was a little thicker than I like, yet due to the amount of toppings on the pie and the very thin slices, you needed two hands to hold it as the slice collapsed as soon as you grabbed it.
Definitely worth checking out, although phoning in a carryout order seems to be the preferred method of dining here.

Best pizza in town, so delicious! Staff are always friendly and they get any special instructions perfect every time. After trying nearly every pizza place around they are my go-to.

First time here and my son and I loved it. We had a large sausage and onion. Pizza was the best I’ve l had in Frederick. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Chatted with Nikki, the owner for awhile and she couldn’t have been nicer. 24 years in business says a lot for a mom and pop pizza shop. We ate there as I believe it’s never as good when you get home. Carryout business was nonstop though. If I’m ever close by again I will be coming back for the same pie. My only selfish advice, would be to get a fountain soda machine vs the plastic bottles. Just not the same. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Bellisario's Pizza is a true gem that stands out for its incredible combination of delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and unbeatable prices. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly faces and a warm ambiance that makes you feel right at home.
The pizza here is nothing short of amazing, with a perfect blend of crispy crust, savory sauce, and generous toppings that leave your taste buds begging for more. Whether you're a fan of classic pepperoni or adventurous enough to try their specialty pies, you won't be disappointed.
But it's not just the food that makes Bellisario's special. The prices are more than reasonable, offering fantastic value for the quality and portion sizes. It's a place where you can indulge in a feast without breaking the bank.

We stopped here because this was a Pittsburgh pizza place. Everything was Pittsburgh themed. There were also a lot of pictures of Gamberale, which is a town in Italy that is close to my parents' town. It was fun looking at all of the pictures.
The pizza was good. I enjoyed the crust. It had a nice texture to it. We got half pepperoni and half black olives.
