Love the burgers! Very tasty, and lots of good options. They're a bit pricey though, which is the only knock on them.

Excellent burger cooked as I asked. Fries were great too. Wish I could have managed a milkshake as well. I only have one small criticism. The place needs a through cleaning. Floors were so sticky that I walked out of my flip flop. I didn't see any clean tables, and the bathrooms needed tending. We will be going back.

Pretty solid. I had some Korean themed burger with garlic fries. Food was pretty good. Service was solid. They also do a 10% military discount.

I feel horrible writing a bad review but here are my observations that's brought me to 2 stars. Pros: Size of meat patty was good Fries were nice and hot Cons: Charge me .99 for fresh jalapeí±os?? I hate to compare to five guys but I don't love that bgr charges for extra toppings outside of lettuce tomato and onion. The bun was cold. There was what looked like a gross amount of cake on pee inside a broken toilet brush holder with a bunch of random dirty bunches up toilet paper around it. Makes me still sick thinking of it... management: pls get your crew to clean up better.

Good burgers, I had the Cuban, again good and stuffed with meat, the only complaint I have is to much salt on the fries, I would definitely eat here again

The Burgers we're great and the Staff we're very sweet to my son with Intellectual Disabilities. Our only complaint was that the ketchup bottle was empty. We will be back.

Delicious food, fast(ish) service, good customization, and their veggie burger is one of the best I've ever had.

Staff was meh, atmosphere was meh, burger was meh. I'd give it 2.5 stars leaning more toward the 2. Simply put, there are at least a dozen other places within a 5 mile radius that make a better burger for the price.

It works in a pinch. The burger was seasoned well, medium was a medium, the fries were passible. Unfortunately that is were the moderate good things end. The buns "toasted" to a black crisp, the grilled onions raw. The sanitation lacking with sticky floors, and unclean counters and bathrooms. If you want a burger five guys would fast causal category that this seeks to compete in.

This was a mighty good burger for being a chain. You can create your own burger creation or choose one of their preset options. I opted to make my own with a Turkey Burger and the spice it up option (which is pepper jack cheese, grilled jalapenos, and an adobo chipotle sauce) I didn't really want cheese so they were able to swap it out for the sauteed mushrooms. It was delicious. The only qualm I had was that the mushrooms weren't as warm as the rest of the burger.

I have stopped in here twice now for lunch and both times have been a little underwhelming. Both times I have had the burger which has been good but nothing that knocks your socks off really makes it stand apart from all the other burger places available to eat at. When I've been here it has taken a while to get the food and the place has been relatively slow, I can't imagine going during a busy time. The fries are okay but I'm pretty sure they're frozen not fresh like some other places out there. The price is a little steep considering the pretty basic burger and fries. I think you get better quality and value at a Five Guys than coming here.

Best burger joint I've been to and it's not just because of the burgers. I know I tend to review on the plus side, but that is because I want to give stores/restaurants the benefit of the doubt on a single visit. I'm a repeat customer at the Burger Joint, though so the grading gets a little tougher and they've passed on each if my visits with flying colors. There are other burgers I enjoy, but the selection here is fantastic! If you're not in the mood for one of their reasonably priced thick patties, grab chicken or fish. Customize as you please with a great assortment of toppings. I know a lot of people aren't fans of unbreaded fish sandwiches, but the salmon is one of my favorites in the entire menu. I have also tried chicken and a couple of the burgers. The Korean BBQ for those who like something a little different, is on the level and the best part about their food is that it's not greasy. Even the fries and asparagus spears are awesome! The only downside to this place is their location. It's tucked back in an area that makes them less visible. Across town at the movie theatre shopping center with the same quality of food and service, and Burger Joint would give Five Guys a run for their money.

First and last time at BGR. The fries were very generic, and the burger lacked flavor. Price is a bit high, $12 for burger, fries and drink? Service was friendly and restaurant was clean.

I've only been to The Burger Joint once...so this review could change when I've been here a few times. Before the Burger Joint at this location it was Elevation Burger. That place was ok but expensive for "fast food." The Burger Joint doesn't seem to be much cheaper, and it is not "organic" and "grass-fed" meat. It is really just your basic burger joint LOL. Nothing too exciting or different that I could tell. My only beef (like that?) is that the buns they used were not toasted or even warm. Mine, in fact, was cold. I should not have to tell a burger place how to prepare their buns. A bun can make or break a burger! Overall, the burger (besides a cold bun) was A-OK. I'd say that Smashburger was a lot better though. Not a place I'll go to very often for a burger. I'd pick Smashburger, Wags, Red Robin or Rex's. It was not crowded --- just like Elevation Burger.
