BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This was my first time there and it was delicious! I absolutely loved the Wedge Salad and the dessert - OMG. And if it is your birthday, you get a dessert for free - so nice!

Service is always slow. Adult meals came out before kids meals. The bar and kitchen were both backed up.

I had to revise my review as I sent an email to BJ's after I returned home and recognized I had been overcharged. The oversight on the bill was not as big an issue as was the lack of response to my email.

I really wanted to have a better experience but it didn't happen for us. We ordered the Spinach Dip the bowl was warm however the dip was cold, my cousin got her own dip and it was the same as mine Cold. The waitress was very kind she took it back a when she brought it back it was no change still Cold, so she said do you want me to have them make you a whole new fresh one, We both declined. We got the flat bread pizza and we couldn't see any cheese on it and it was barely warm as well as the french fries, The chicken wings were ok. I guess the chief was having an off night.

Food was great! We made reservations prior to coming and we were seated on time... even though they were very busy.. server was friendly and did not wait long for food! Wonderful family dinner!

Steaks need help! Need better quality to really pull it off, well seasoned cheap steaks are not a high standard.

My friends and I love BJs restaurant in Frederick, MD. We go there often, even though the drive is considerable. We are lovers of prime rib, and BJs has very good prime rib. In fact, its promoted weekend prime rib special that includes a big piece of prime rib, salad and dessert is a fantastic deal in every way at $37.99. This past visit, on a Saturday night, we got there at 7:15 p.m. The place was only half full, so volume could not have been the problem. And we immediately learned they had already run out of prime rib. Late in the evening, it is understandable to run out of prime rib, but at 7:15? We all ordered other meals, which were fine. But our goal to have prime rib that night left us disappointed. We would have gone to another restaurant much closer to our homes to get prime rib. I sent a note to BJs through its restaurant survey and never got a response. Its management used to be so responsive when I sent in comments of how much we enjoyed dining there--or if we had a problem. Maybe things have changed. We will go there again--but we will call ahead to see how the kitchen is doing if we are in a prime rib mood.

Server was fantastic, but food/drink was slow coming and it seemed to be the kitchen/bar. Also a/c not working properly.

I got a the bacon and brisket burger today and Djour made it. That was possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten. Give this man a raise, holy crap. Thank you

The service from the waiter was amazing. The food was cold, i received the driest sirloin ever, with cold mashed potatoes. Wont come back

I ordered take out from BJs about two months ago and unfortunately the service was not good. I'm not sure why since I've often had great experiences at other BJs locations. I had to wait over an hour at the takeout desk and the staff was not the friendliest with the food coming out cold. I have now updated my 1 star review though to 4 stars given the response from the manager. He called me to apologize, I believe he is working on reimbursing some of the payment and gave me a $50 gift card. I really appreciate the apology and reimbursement and will be going back to try BJs again. Thank you!

Great service and awesome drinks

After leaving a work meeting and coming in as soon as they open Jalen and Darren was super professional and fast pace and super sweet and kind. Definitely made me think about where I work at. Great personalities. Manager was making everything was together and working. Definitely appreciate you gentlemen

Bartenders were great and attentive. Darren and Jalen are the best!
