I get to work all over the state so I like to try local bbq spots over spots I have close to home, there is a Mission right down the road from here.
Decent pit beef, not my favorite. The menu version of the sandwich has house bbq on it, I think to help cover the lack of smoke/flavor. Good serving of protein, decent bun selection was fresh and did not fall apart. Found the onions very roughly chopped, onion slices thicker than the meat.
Did like the look of the house made sauces. Friendly staff, food came out in a timely manner, seen several people pull up to pick up and order so they do a good buisness.
I thought my french fries were fried too hard.
Will check out again anytime I'm out here again. Did not leave hungry.

It’s actually one of my favorite pizzas I’ve had in Frederick. I went up to the food truck to order recently. The guy asked if I could order online because they were backed up! I was headed home …so it didn’t not work to do that. But I thought it was weird that he even opened up his window to chat with me only not to take my order when I’m talking to him- how hard is it? I wanted a simple pizza that takes 2 seconds to order.
Other than that … I normally get a decent response and good food. These folks need to hire people who are consistent with customer service. You all lost my biz for now.

Purchased the beef brisket dinner and surprise to end up with a sandwich full of fat barely any meat for $19.61. I will never recommend this place friends and or even my enemies.

The prices are NOT what’s advertised on the sign or web site med onion rings listed for 7$ is actually 8$ plus tax 8.40 quart of bbq on website says 17$ they said 38$ I questioned the sign he said yeah that’s like 10 years old…../ false advertisement at its best RIP OFF!!!!!!!

I tried the brisket as well as the chicken wings this evening. Both were fantastic! I was particularly fond of the Old Bay wings which are doused with butter and malt vinegar. They were moist and succulent - unlike ANY other wings I have had. ?❤️

Very good pit beef sandwiches & the combo also gives you a generous amount of fresh fries. The BBQ sauce on the sandwich is a little spicy so you might want to get it on the side if you don’t like a lot of spice. Online ordering was a breeze and the food was ready on schedule. There is one picnic table out front for seating. Conveniently close to I-70.

Finally remembered to go after years of forgetting... brisket sandwhich:Bun a 10/10 (wow! Really, really good)Sauce 10/10 (again! Wow! Id buy jars of it)Meat? 2/10. :/ Super disappointed. It was super thin cut which isnt preferred, it was dry and not moist, and really lacked any smoke flavor!! Ive eaten bbq all over the US and can appreciate fancy to backyard style. Maybe it was an off day so I want to go back some time but man. Just disappointed.
Got the Memphis style pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing! Great flavor and huge portions! The hush puppies were fantastic and the honey butter they served them with was top notch! The chili was flavorful and a little spicy, which I loved! Overall everything was perfect and I will definitely be back!

Was getting my car worked on across the street and decided to walk here to try. Love trying new bbq places and this ranks among the top in the area I’d say. Pulled pork sandwich was filling & delicious without being messy. The mac & cheese bites are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, perfectly balanced. Next time I’m on this side of Frederick I’ll definitely be coming back here for lunch!
