They upcharge you and give you a large even though i specifically asked for a medium each time…. it’s happened to me on two occasions now with a different employee each time. Who knows how many people they do this to and don’t notice.

The staff is really polite and respectful. Lots of good food options. The one thing they seem not to be able to overcome is getting the orders correctly to the customer. On 2 occasions while ordering family meals our sides have been incomplete even after asking them to check. The issue is worse when they are busy so you will most likely get the wrong meal or a meal that is cold. For the amount of items that have come cold or missing we have decided to no longer buy large orders for my staff and family (total waste of money, you never get your entire order). I do recommend if you need a coffee and a quick sandwich. I stop by at least 3 times a week and the staff is super nice.

Take out | Dinner | $20–30 frustrating visit to Bojangles. The app listed some great deals, so I decided to order ahead. But when I got there, I was told the items weren’t available, and there was nothing they could do about it. It’s like they’ve got one menu online and a completely different one in-store.
To make things worse, the manager was hard to find and seemed more focused on her makeup than helping customers sort things out. If they’re going to push the app so much, they need to make sure it lines up with what they’re actually selling. A bit disappointing overall.

Significantly worse than any other Boj I’ve ever been to. Forgot about the order. Breading is bad. Employee argued with me he gave me BBQ sauce and then realized it was sitting on the counter in front of him. Just don’t bother.

Food is great. Service is a little slow but haven't waited too long both times I have been here. When going inside it is very confusing to figure out where the line is and where to wait for food.
I went through the drive-thru this evening. I saw that they had breakfast all day so I got an egg and cheese biscuit and dirty rice. It was all excellent The dirty rice especially was really good! And the service was great! Very friendly and it was quick!

I went with two of my individuals with developmental disabilities. When I first showed up I had to order separately for each of us so I could get a separate receipt that was no problem however the menu was hard to decipher and order. The food was expensive that we ordered and the quality was terrible. I have been to other Bojangles some in Winchester and Fredericksburg and they were not at all like this. I ordered their grilled chicken in the dirty rice bowl and they did not offer it there. The girl there really didn't seem like she knew much about what was on the menu I know they were probably training people but still they have a business to run. They mixed up an order with another Patron with mine. This was just nothing big but it appeared that even the manager there was somewhat confused. There are no napkins available the dining room was minimal to say the least. I asked for ketchup they gave me three packs for three people. I asked for napkins they gave me three napkins I'm not someone who likes to take a lot of napkins but with the grease and the salt and the sauces they are needed I don't like that they are not available in the dining room. The whole atmosphere was just not very welcoming the food was salty and not good I know Bojangles food and this was sub par. Frederick Bojangles you need to do better. I don't know if it is Staffing Etc but it was not a good experience we won't be back.

Rated food only because we were only there for a couple minutes. We were in for berry biscuits and a bathroom stop on a road trip. Bathrooms were clean, biscuits were delicious (hot, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside).
Parking: Not only plenty of parking, but a few spaces for a semi or a bus to park.
