Our Waitress was very pleasant and truly knew the menu as well as the Wine and drinks!!! She was very efficient and was attentive to our needs for dinner. Would recommend Showroom to anyone who is interested in great food and reasonable pricing.
We had a wonderful experience. The ingredients of the wedge salad were fresh, and it was delicious. My fried chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy inside with a delicious crisp coating. The pickled vegetables were tasty and fresh as was the chive biscuit. The fried chicken thigh and waffle entree was also cooked perfectly. We ordered a side of thick cut fries which were very good. The basque cheesecake was delicious! All of the portions were generous and everything was well presented. Our server was attentive and very friendly. The young man, who we think may have been the manager on duty was also very nice. We felt valued and that our business was appreciated. Looking forward to going back soon!
We had a lovely beet salad to start, followed by the meatloaf and shrimp po' boy with a side of onion rings. It was all great. Meatloaf had a nice mushroom gravy. Shrimp were crisp. The onion rings were outstanding with a lovely, almost hush puppy like crust. Not a typical batter and not greasy at all.
Service was slow. We were. Thebonly people there. Biscuit and gravy was COLD!!! EGGS COLD, tea was Luke warm. It was terrible. This was my third try. I won't be back.
The fried chicken is great. Service is always friendly. I would encourage anyone visiting Frederick to dine here.

I was impressed on the renovation from car dealership to restaurant. Loved it until today, stopped by for breakfast and was amazed that this restaurant thinks it's fine dining and only does reservations. Walked in, there were several open tables and workers standing around gossiping. But the hostess said that there is a 30 minute wait and they needed all those open tables for existing reservations.
I have dined here several times previously and needed no reservation. I have previously recommended this establishment but I am a dissatisfied customer and will not longer recommend or make a point to stop.

My dining partner and I had the glazed salmon entree and a roasted beet salad, the salmon and sides were underseasoned but cooked well. The arugula in the salad I was served was a few days too old leading to willy and rotten leaves. The goat cheese and roasted beets were good, but the plate was almost inedible due to the lack of care over the quality of the ingredients. The service was inconsistent and unattentive, with bored servers who only cared that we were paying customers. If you are looking for another sub par restaurant that gets the majority of their produce from Sysco(probably) the this will be right up your alley.

Had some guests from out of town. They loved the fried chicken. Said it was some of the best they had ever had. The espresso milkshake was a huge hit. Servers were friendly and attentive. A great visit!
I got the chicken & waffles, and the waffle was good, but the chicken… it seemed the chicken was from a school lunch, it was very pale (almost white) and had no crust or crunch or seasoning, it was 6 oz at most, and it was $18

Great food and attentive service. Our group came for a work lunch.
I had a Pitt beef and duck fat fries. The flavors were generally well balanced. I believe the fries were dusted with old bay. A nice touch, but could come off as too salty for some palates.
Service was great and fast with all orders out in about 10 minutes. Atmosphere was nice inside; outside is industrial.
Great experience will go back.

I have dined at Showroom multiple times and have always had a great experience. Love the menu and the delicious 'twist' on traditional southern recipes, like the Deviled Eggs, Shrimp & Grits and Chicken & Waffles. Great for business events, too. Julie was wonderful to work with! Definitely worth the trip!

My wife and I are huge Voltaggio brother fans. We stopped at their steakhouse on way up to New England for a wedding and here on way back down to North Carolina. This place was absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic. The service was top notch. Will definitely be back!

Went there for brunch and was told the kitchen was out of waffles which seems weird for peak brunch time but otherwise the drinks and food and service were all good
Nice place and food was good. A bit overpriced but a nice place to visit. Service was fine.
