This place had the most nastiest food I’ve ever put in my mouth. I ordered from here the other week and it was just a waste of money. It was so terrible I threw everything I ordered in the trash. Maybe don’t try the pasta lol but after tasting the pasta I don’t see how anything could be good from here.

My wife is 9 months pregnant and wanted a chicken cheesesteak. They botched the order and blamed us for the problem. Very rude when we called back in and were very argumentative, especially when handed off to the manager. Lost a loyal customer.

i was there with family for lunch yesterday it was 3 of us. first they bring our main course way befor our starter they say sorry our machin wasnt working so we say ok no problem it happens. then we have no plates i had to ask for some plates she being the plates then again i have to ask for knifes and fork she bring 2 sets of knifes then im like excuse me its 3 peaple at the table. i had to get up and look for silverware because the server didnt give no attention to us. she brings the starters of the food after our main course and then i ask for 2 more ranch with our wings wich came lateeee anyways after the worst service i have ever experienced i get the ckeck she charged us 4 dollars for our ranch. wich was the least they could of done after messing up our order not giving us plates not giving me silverware. she just keeps smiling like we are not welcomed i had 60 dollars worth of food and she gave me 2 little ranch souse and charged me for 4 dollars. like i said one of the worst experiences i had in a restaurant .

Terrible customer service and lacks hygiene! I ordered in advance for pick up and was told 20-25 minutes. When I arrived it seemed they were serving family members as there were kids and adults sitting outdoors who just came from a walk (I saw them walking from near the pond as I was parking) and they were going in and out of the kitchen with food. It took 42 minutes to get my food instead of the 20-25 I was told. I ordered to pizzas and wings. I get home and 4 of the wings had feathers on them and hardly any buffalo sauce. I had thrown out 3 of them before taking the picture of the 4th one with feathers. It’s a shame because im sure they get plenty business due to convenience and they should seriously regroup and retrain. I definitely do not recommend this place. 0/0

Ordered seafood combo pasta but the mussels are just shells, no mussels inside. Also, it says jumbo shrimp but it didn’t look jumbo at all. And the pasta itself was overcooked. It wasn’t worth the price

This is the second Brothers Pizza we've had from this store and it was fantastic! My Trophy Wife has Stage IV Cancer so it is a crap shoot as to her ability to eat on any day and both times we've had this pizza to go it made us both very satisfied!
