Bruster's Real Ice Cream

This store is under possibly the worst assistant management. This one female manager showed me zero respect when i walked up to the window. They forgot a few toppings on top of my split and when i asked for manager help. The cashier was very willing but the manager didn’t express an urge to resolve the matter at all. This store isn’t the worst but compared to the other stores i’ve been to its just not as well managed.

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT ICE CREAM!

Generally, I'd leave five stars but due to the ice cream colour being off either because of a possible fat or sugar bloom or other reason, not looking like chocolate Dubai ice cream but a greyish brown. I am leaving a 4 star. However, on other days that I have had this ice cream it was a rich chocolate brown, and the flavor was to die for, and yes even with the strange color it still tasted great. I have an image on my phone of the ice cream and its colour that I can upload later.

Friendly service , Delicious choices of flavor

Haven't tried Brusters in a long time and glad I went back. The guy working the window was super cool friendly and professional. The ice cream was not mushy but perfectly frozen. I usually get graham central but tried the mixed berry cheesecake and chocolate pretzel and they were excellent. Unfortunately they were out of Dubai chocolate but I'll go check again soon.

Milk shakes weren’t really mixed well. The Oreo cookie shake I ordered had all the Oreos at the bottom and the pieces were broken into large chunks of cookie that won’t pass that industrial sized straw you guys provide. May as well just have put whole Oreos in the cup. Will try again and ask for it well done… 😂

I usually love this place but lately they have been terribly slow. Management should hire more staff so they are not stretched too thin.

Just waited in drive thru for literally half hour. Took forever to get through each car. Then when I finally get to window, they ask me to pay for someone else's order. Completely inefficient. Needs better management obviously.

SUMMARY: Pronounced Brew-sters and so good that it’s hard to believe it’s part of a chain. Wide array of flavors and toppings, At your option, enjoy your ice cream in waffle cone, a waffle cup or a plain cup. Milkshakes, sundaes abd other treats available.

DETAILS: Loved the chocolate chip and the banana chocolate chip. The chocolate chips are generous and contrast beautifully with the base flavors. Both ice cream bases were paragons of creamy goodness, with the vanilla base in the chocolate chip especially sumptuous.

If you’re a butterscotch fan, you’ll probably love the Scotchy Pecan. Intense butterscotch flavor (a little too sweet for me), cleverly offset by slightly salted pecans.

Great for a quick scoop

Brewster in Frederick is the BEST. Great service and beautiful young lady named Jalisa the is fantastic. You have to try the cherry sherbret.

This place has great ice cream and so many choices. Great for drive through on way home or stop, eat at a table out and enjoy the day. Pleasant servers.
