Bub-B-Que Barbecue and Catering

First found Bub when he was slinging Que in Mt. Pleasant. Have eaten at his truck many times over the years and never been disappointed. Fast forward to now we had him & crew cater our wedding this past weekend and the food was delicious, plentiful, & the perfect fatty meats to accompany an open bar.

Great food from a great foodtruck!

Great ribs, brisket, and pit beef served up by a real nice man. I'd recommend it if you can find him 😂. He can be found in Facebook and Instagram. It's worth the drive. Trust me.

Let me start by saying, my wedding was not the first event we have used Jerrod and Bub-B-Que for and I can promise it will not be the last. I say this with all due respect but Jerrod is way too humble with how high quality his service, staff and most of all food he offers at every event. I had multiple family and friends in from Texas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina who all had the same consensus about the brisket, “it’s better than anything I’ve eaten back home!” Not one of our guests left our wedding hungry! Another quote from our wedding was “this is without a doubt the best wedding food I’ve ever had!” Jerrod treats you like family and that’s not something you find much of anymore. I will always recommend Bub-B-Que for any outing, big or small! For reference our event had over 170 guests, and again, no one left hungry!

Never disappoints! Just missing their presence in Frederick

Jerrod's food is always amazing. We first found his food truck in Frederick and knew we wanted his juicy, tender brisket for our wedding. He provided brisket, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread for our backyard wedding of 40 people without any hassle at all! He is so kind and easy to deal with, and really our guests couldn't stop talking about how awesome the food was. In fact weeks afterward people are still texting us asking where they can find his food truck set-up. Our guests were literally taking pictures of the sauce bottles with his name on them so they could find him and the amazing brisket again!

I ordered very last-minute for a 50th birthday party. Jerrod was able to work with us to get everything we needed delivered ahead of the event. We had some confusion a few hours before the event and Jerrod quickly resolved the matter before the event started. The ribs are excellent and the crab dip was great. There was plenty of mac n’ cheese that everyone enjoyed and the cornbread will not disappoint either. I would use them again for any catering needs and they earned a lot of new fans that day.

I ate here visiting from Missouri, having found them at Idiom. The meat is so tender amd the smoke flavor is so good that it doesn't need the sauce. But if you like it, the sauce is good, too.
