First found Bub when he was slinging Que in Mt. Pleasant. Have eaten at his truck many times over the years and never been disappointed. Fast forward to now we had him & crew cater our wedding this past weekend and the food was delicious, plentiful, & the perfect fatty meats to accompany an open bar.

Great ribs, brisket, and pit beef served up by a real nice man. I'd recommend it if you can find him 😂. He can be found in Facebook and Instagram. It's worth the drive. Trust me.

Let me start by saying, my wedding was not the first event we have used Jerrod and Bub-B-Que for and I can promise it will not be the last. I say this with all due respect but Jerrod is way too humble with how high quality his service, staff and most of all food he offers at every event. I had multiple family and friends in from Texas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina who all had the same consensus about the brisket, “it’s better than anything I’ve eaten back home!” Not one...
