Terrible service. From the moment we walked in, the bartender gave us a bad look and yelled at us for picking up a menu from a table. Then she came over and threw the menus at us. A couple who walked in a minute later was treated with a good attitude. Seeing this, we decided to leave. I do not recommend this place terrible and discriminatory service.

Worst experience I've ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I'm a long-time customer. Ordered takeout, included a tip, food was late, items were missing, items there were incredibly poor quality (cold and hard). Worst part was the 'manager' - some guy named Case. He was aggressive - not only unhelpful, but aggressive - and stared me down when I pushed for some service. What a horrible experience.

Was there last night and waited 2 hrs for our order. Everyone's order came out separate and the order was cold and not correct temp. By law this is unacceptable by standards of health code. The waitress was rude and unhelpful. I work in CS and this is unacceptable behavior for this line of work. Check your personal life at the door. We were not the only table with this waitress and the same problem. Now the other waitress that ended up finishing up our table after we complained to the manager, she was excellent. But the food being cold and us getting an attitude from the first waitress we won't be back ever again. So sorry the Urbana one closed. Hire better cooks and waitresses. Remember your here for the public.

Imagine MJ doing one of his greatest slam dunks. That's how it's supposed to be here. But the ball was full of poop. And that's how our night was lastnight. Waited 2 hours for our food. They tried to give us the wrong food and got a attitude from her because it wasn't ours. It was cold and the waitress looked like she hated her job. The back up waitress was great. But it was too late.

Potomac Pest Control

Went there last night for my friends birthday and had to wait almost 2 hours for cold food. The biggest issue however was our waitress. She was beyond rude, she had an attitude from the start of the evening with every table that she waited on. We did appreciate the manager comping our check but unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve received bad service there so we will not be returning. I never ever complain about servers and tip generously but her attitude was atrocious. We weren’t the only table who was unhappy with the waitresses poor attitude.

I came home and in less than 1 hour I have food poisoning. Lack of help caused our drinks and food to come out cold and we had to yell for additional drinks and at one point a woman was taking plates off our table and plainly saw my drink was empty. We will no longer go to the Frederick location. This is the second time service was not up to snuff. And the table behind us had the same issues. The salad smelled rotten. And it was totally dead which should have been our clue. Corporate needs to stop by with the Health Department to get this location cleaned up and staff re-trained

Terrible service. If you are ever considering ordering wings from here on Super Bowl Sunday, DON'T. Had a pre-order, went to pick it up and waited an hour for wings and still did not get them. I was told it would be another 30mins to an hour. There were 50 other people there waiting. You would think a place like this would have a system in order (not their first super bowl) & not want to do this to their staff or kitchen. Pretty simple - stop accepting more orders. Still waiting for refund. No apologies from staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered the DAY BEFORE for wings to be picked up at 6pm for Super Bowl and we got there about 6:05 and there was probably close to 100 people waiting for orders and some had been there since before 5pm. We ended up canceling our order and asked for a refund which I had to call for. Lord knows if they will actually give us a refund or not. But you bet your ass I’ll be following up. We will NEVER go back-no apologies or anything when we called just excuses like “well it’s the Super Bowl” yeah no kidding and you should absolutely be more prepared. Especially when we preordered.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a pre-order on February 8th to be picked up by 6pm on February 9th. You know, superbowl Sunday? I figured BWW would be the best place to order wings from because they would have the best process (given that they're all about wings, and have been around long enough to know how much business they'd receive on this day). Boy, was I wrong. Got there about 15 minutes before 6, and by 630 I left because I still had not received my food... Which was ordered over 24 hours in advance. Talking to other people waiting (of the 100 or so), there were people that did the same, except they were still waiting for their 5pm order... At 630. I just don't get how a business that focuses on wings can't properly prepare for the busiest wing day of the year.

Honestly the most depressing place I’ve been in some time. The employees seem like it is so inconvenient to have guests. No one was at the host stand to seat us. It took ages for anyone to even talk to us once we sat down. Then ages for the food to come.

Overall, it needs management. If the servers are in chaos mode on a quiet part of the day then there is no hope for a busier time.

I ordered wings the night of the superbowl around 4:45. Online it said it wouldn’t be ready until 5:40. So I waited to go get them, when I get there, they have all the pick up orders pack in the front like sardines. There is probably 30+ people at this point. So I am waiting to get my food, as that is happening, the workers are cursing at each other and yelling at customers to get out of the way. I understand they trying to do there job but where are we suppose to go when we are standing shoulder to shoulder? I waited 2 hours for my food. I only got 12 wings and it took 2 hours. Only when I stopped the manager did I get my food. The system, the service, and everything that was happening in that place was just terrible tonight.

We’ve been going for 2-3 years now and honestly, as sports fans it’s a bit frustrating. They have exclusive contracts for UFC - but getting them to play the fights or stay open is regularly a hassle. Even for championship cards, they do last call if they feel like it at 12:15am, and then act like that’s normal (tonight they acted like that’s MD law).

I get being slow and closing early sometimes. This place just wants that to be the norm, and as a fight fan honestly it begs the question: why spend my money somewhere I’m an annoyance instead of just doing it at home? We’re one of those “tip extra and be good customers” folks but, it’s never felt like they value our time or money there.

I legit hope UFC stops doing the bs contract with them so we have other options. Let the free market win.

I ordered 20 wings to go with dipping sauces and vegetables. When i got it home, i found out they completely forgot the dipping sauces. They refused any kind of refund since i technically "didn't pay for the sauces" just the chicken. If a place that makes hot wings is going treat me like the sauces are a favor that they are doing for me, i don't need to go back. Vegetables were also starting to brown. Its pretty clear they didn't care.
