Stopped in on my way to a hotel down the street. My fries and onion rings were cold. I did not receive zesty sauce for my rings. 0 chance I'll ever eat at this burger king again.This location sucks

Every time I come to this location, the manager makes a smart or sly comment about my order. I’ve reached out to her personally about it, yet she continues to do so. If you’re going to talk negatively about customers, at least wait until after they’ve left the premises.

Have to place an order before they'll give you the restroom key ... I guess water is really expensive around here. Customer disservice at it's finest.And they can't even manage to get your food ready in the time it takes to go to the restroom despite not being busy and not ordering something with special requests.

What can you say about Burger King that has it already been said on good terms. The red or moniker is “have it your way,” and I always get it my way! We were so enthusiastic to plough into our food that we forgot to get photos. My usual is a double meat whopper, no pickles or onions. I will make sure to order burgers in separate bags so that they don’t get squished at the bottom when they use only one bag for a bunch of burgers. It’s my only complaint. The atmosphere would’ve gotten five if they had something nice for toddlers to use while eating. They had a big playground at one time, but I don’t know what happened that.

Absolute worst Burger King ever. We made an online order of the app and when we got there they did not have our shake, ice cream cone, or hershey pies. That is one thing but the woman refused to give us a refund because it was an app order and told us she had no control over giving our money back. She yelled at us to google the service number and someone there could help us out but she would not be doing anything to assist since she runs the store in person and not on the app. Why even accept online orders then??? She refused to give us her name too. We had to leave without our missing food and a refund. The food that we did get was cold and disgusting, we threw our burgers out.

The crew at Buckeystown was fantastic. they were bust in drive thru I proceeded to the ordering screen placed my order for a combo#5 Was asked if I wanted cheese and bacon and i said yes. I was also asked if i would like any sauce or ketsup to go along with my order I was also asked if i wanted to try their desserts which included hershey pi, cookies,shakes, ice cream cup or cone. This was one of the moist pleasurabole visits i have had at fast food in a while. The manager was assisting the cashier she was handling the food packaging. This crew was very respectful and polite for them being young adults.I would definitely refer to my friends and family to come visit this location. The experience I had this evening as great Keep employing such respectful young adults

Ordered plain cheeseburgers (cheese burgers with just cheese on them) and received regular ones. After going inside and asking for plain cheeseburgers like I ordered, they literally give me plain burgers.. Not sure who orders cheeseburgers with no cheese on them but I know I won’t order from here anymore
