My experience at this Burger King was excellent. The staff was attentive, the order arrived complete and on time, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I highly recommend it. Everything was excellent: the service, the waiting time, and the food. The team's effort to provide good service is evident.

Stood in line at the register alone for 5 min a 5:45 PM on a weeknight. Couldn’t find what I wanted on the self service screen. I was never greeted or acknowledged by any of the 4 employees in an otherwise empty restaurant. Departed hungry and confused…. Royal Farms has better chicken sandwiches anyway! Good luck to the owners of this dying franchise chain !!!

Asked for 4 piece jalapeño cheese bites…for four chicken fries instead. Individual franchise that does (and charges) whatever the hell they want. Avoid it.

The staff was courteous and attentive, and their service truly stood out. The store was spotless and well-organized, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I didn’t have to wait long for my food, and most importantly, it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and quality food. This was the freshest and best tasting fast food my husband and I have ever had. He says burgers are his fav food and he had the bacon king whopper raving about how delicious it was. It was also quite large plus a double burger sandwich. The chicken fries are delicious. Everything was extremely fresh but incredibly fast. When we left, my hubby said he hadn’t been to BK in 10 years and that meal just won him back. If a burger aficionado says all that, I’d say this Burger King deserves 25 stars.
