Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

It's a decent Mexican style chain, very similar to all the rest. Went for carryout and got a burrito and quesadilla. It was a lot of food for the price. The aluminum makes it easy to reheat but next time I will skip the sour cream and use my own at home after reheating. I'm sure it would be fine dining in
I also surprised my wife with two enchiladas. She likes the chicken but not the steak.

Love this place. Fresh food good service. Clean restaurant.

Oh my god, I love the food here; it’s pretty authentic, very tasty Mexican food. Last time, I had a taco bowl (which they let you customize) and it was delightful. Though an employee berated my girlfriend just for being unsure of what to get. That was pretty unpleasant but we moved on and enjoyed the delicious food. Would totally recommend, unless you’re unfortunate enough to have that guy taking your order.

Very good food. Chipotle style kind of place but with better ingredients imo. The steak had full flavor and the sweet pork barbacoa was delicious. Definitely becoming one of my favorite go to spots for quick Mexican food that doesn't break the budget.

Never had it till I came here to Maryland. Incredible food and service. We go every week! The staff always smiles and talks to me when I talk to them. Super polite and again.. I love the food!! I've never had a bad experience!

We eat here fairly regularly even if it’s delivery when I can’t go pick the food up. I love their queso, I’m pretty addicted. Service can be slow, which is why I didn’t rate it higher and it’s very difficult to actually get in touch with anyone at the store. I know they seem to have a more corporate number where they’re supposed to pass on information.

I have noticed since I do order delivery through the app at least once a month, if not more that my order Which is pretty much always the same, never has ice in the soda. Is it the end of the world? No. But I actually really enjoy ice in my soda but every time the last eight times, there’s never ice in the soda. The order is also sealed, so I know it’s the employees filling the soda order. I was hoping to find a message Line or I could say, please put ice in my soda, but there’s just no way to do that. If management does happen to read this review, please tell me how I can get you guys to put ice in the sodas. Or if you can add something in your app where you can customize like saying no ice or more ice. I know I can just not order soda from them anymore, but I keep hoping every time I order the soda that someone will put ice in it 🙁
