Never had it till I came here to Maryland. Incredible food and service. We go every week! The staff always smiles and talks to me when I talk to them. Super polite and again.. I love the food!! I've never had a bad experience!

Great food, the way you can make your own burrito like a subway is quite unique. They also treat military very well, specifically on Mondays 😉

We eat here fairly regularly even if it’s delivery when I can’t go pick the food up. I love their queso, I’m pretty addicted. Service can be slow, which is why I didn’t rate it higher and it’s very difficult to actually get in touch with anyone at the store. I know they seem to have a more corporate number where they’re supposed to pass on information.

I have noticed since I do order delivery through the app at least once a month, if not more that my order Which is pretty much always the same, never has ice in the soda. Is it the end of the world? No. But I actually really enjoy ice in my soda but every time the last eight times, there’s never ice in the soda. The order is also sealed, so I know it’s the employees filling the soda order. I was hoping to find a message Line or I could say, please put ice in my soda, but there’s just no way to do that. If management does happen to read this review, please tell me how I can get you guys to put ice in the sodas. Or if you can add something in your app where you can customize like saying no ice or more ice. I know I can just not order soda from them anymore, but I keep hoping every time I order the soda that someone will put ice in it 🙁

I ordered a steak taco from here with beans and ate it around 4:30 pm. It was all that I ate that day. At 1 AM I woke up with severe cramping and diarrhea and was so sick! The entire night I was stuck on the toilet with food poisoning from this disgusting cafe Rio. Think twice before eating here!

The shredded chicken has been really disappointing the past 2 times I went here.

Instead of longer strands of chicken (like it used to be), it’s been more like mushy, watered down minced chicken. Very unappetizing and unsatisfying to eat.

I think this location does a great job with most other things, so I’m leaving this review in hope they fix this.

This place is amazing. Imagine an authentic Chipotle that doesn't skimp on portions. Every time I come here I am more than full and satisfied. I recommend downloading their app, sometimes it will give you free rewards.

Usually, I really like the café Rio, but tonight, both myself, and my friend found clumps of hair in our food. They did refund my money.

I have not been in a while but the other day I took my nephew. I noticed the woker who was making the tortillas was scratching her head and handling food. Another employee coughed in her hand and proceeded to put gloves on to serve somone behind me. She never washed her hands. I ended up not getting food and going somewhere else.
