Door alarm is so insanely loud it disrupts patrons eating next door at Thai Table. Turn that off nobody wants to hear that during the outdoor dining experience. This is considered noise pollution, and while not a criminal offense, is just completely inconsiderate

I love this place and it reminds me of the boba tea I had in Taiwan. I get a lot of toppings with my order, and they never skimp on the amount. I actually drive 30 minutes to get boba tea from Chatime when there are an abundance of boba places around me. I am very picky on the consistency of the tapioca pearls and feel like a lot of places don't get it quite right. Chatime has consistently had the perfect pearls.

I have had several different drinks here so far (and will continue trying new ones!) The boba (at least the tapioca that I've tried) is excellent and soft, and you're given a good amount no matter what size you get. The sweetness of the milk teas is perfect without even having to ask for a change to it. I've had some bad boba from some places... you won't find it here!

Also, the people that work here are very nice. The space is small, but chill. I really appreciate their menu being so easily accessible both at the store and online. It's very helpful when you're trying to choose something new, but don't want to hold up the store too much lol

Okay this might just be my order but I asked for taro and it tasted nothing like taro it was whitish and slight pink and looks like to me she forgot to add the taro powder or something.LEGIT TASTED LIKE VANILLA Milk no taro at all.

The place was cool but the service was BAD and the boba was EVEN WORSE it tasted so bad. The pearls weren’t even cooked they were HARD. And the people tried hurrying me up with my decision even though I clearly didn’t know what i want.

"I'm so glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem! The boba milk tea here is hands-down the best I've ever had. The flavors are unique and delicious, and the boba is always perfectly cooked. After a long search in Frederick for decent boba, I thought I found it at Chatime. Up until today's visit, the tea flavor was substantial and the boba was chewy and bouncy. However today was a big miss. I took the employees recommendation and ordered Jasmine tea with boba. The tea tasted like perfume and the boba was really hard. It's really disappointing to now know Chatime lacks consistency. Wishing a Gong Cha would open in town.
