Unfortunately, every time I get food from this chik fila the fries are over salted, stale, and look like wedges. One time the fries were extremely salty that I couldn’t eat them because all I tasted was salt. Go to the one in Walkersville. The Walkersville location has excellent food all the time!!

Im giving only one star because the guy who helped us was really rude. I think he was the manager. we were ordering and he saw i had an accent when I was ordering and he was so racist acting like he didn’t know what I was saying. I’ve ordered at chick fil a many times and they always get my order right. When I asked for a milkshake he said he didn’t know what that was when I literally saw on the menu they had it and when I told him he acted like he didn’t know. And this happened to my friend too it’s not the first time he acts racist towards Hispanic people. Chick fil a is known for having great customer service but he was just so rude and racist. Like there’s a lot of Hispanic people in Frederick if you don’t like us just get a job where you don’t need to interact with people.

I took a friend recently for lunch. He had never been to Chick-fil-A before. Following recent surgery my friend uses a cane. A team member was walking to the door and greeted us, then she indicated she would hold the door open. I shared that it was my friend's first visit and she offered to help us out. She told us to find a table and she would come take our order as the line was quite long. We took off our jackets and she was back. I had sent my friend photos off the website of favorite foods and drinks. She took our drink orders of Sunjoys along with food combos and we paid. In a matter of minutes a young man delivered our order. The food was delicious, he ordered a classic chicken sandwich and I got my favorite chicken wrap, plus waffle fries. The lady we first met returned to check on us to see if we needed anything. We learned her name was Indira. My friend was quite impressed by the food and attentive service. Indira is a wonderful asset to your team. Three other people stopped by our table to check on refills and how we were doing. I told my friend that you have a great staff working outside to take orders too. I explained the superior drink carriers for 2 and 4 drink orders. Plus the outer cardboard lining for additional stability in the drink cups. Other restaurants would benefit copying a number of your methods. We had a tasty lunch and marvelous service. My friend is now a dedicated Chick-fil-A customer!
Everytime they pack old fries alongside spicy chicken sandwich. whats wrong with some of the ppl who work there. if the damn fries is old put them in trash and definitely not for customers carryout bag. Do you do this based on color of skin you dummies? Train the employees with good deeds especially food. we work hard not to see this garbage.

Like Omg I went to chick fil a yesterday and it was very very very mediocre both the inside and outside and the food was bad it lack of pizzazz and favor and it feel like am Eating nothing but I'll give it a pass because some of my friends and my family members told me that the chicken nugget was good but I preferthe one in McDonald's.for the service it was bad some of the employees were ehiter very mean or have No life left in them and one of the employee for whatever reason they got got my name worry got my drink,etc and I think the employees are slaves because some of the are work as drive-thru workers that work outside what if there is a snow or thunder storm outside does the employee has to deal with bull dump or what if they get assassin i mean what were chick fil a doing are they trying to save money.speak of drink whatever you do Do NOT and I repeat Do NOT buy them why you might ask the cup are scamming you. For whatever reason cup has a cover for cup (am sorry what) and I decided to take off the cover to get it was kind of bother me wild No one watching me and I did and the cup has a super glue both cup and cover and idk why they did this hey I guess there trying to be cheap if you want a good drink go to wawa that near the golden corral.Parking: It was small that my Fing Lamborghini can't fit in so I have to park my darn car at a freaking Home Depot parking lot I I'd rather park my car in the highway than this
I like to use the Chick-fil-A app to order since is pretty easy to use plus you get rewards every once in a while, once I have my order I just go and park on the designated parking place an submit the number where I parked, the order is made fast and the delivery person is always friendly, just beware that at some times in the day it can get crowded but the food is worth it.

Someone wasn't told no means no. Awesome way to ruin a dinner. Not the first time. Guess I'll just have to hold up the busy drive-thru to check order.
Wonderful experience. I had my refilled lemonade with a smile! Everyone was kind and pleasant! The actual restaurant was impeccably clean and organized.A very pleasant diligently made sure the stations were stocked up with enough ketchup, mustard, jellies, napkins, sugars, Splenda.... it was all there at your service! She then proceeded to clean/decontamimate a recently-occupied table. Definitely a must-go-to place if you're hungry! The setting is more spacious than before. And the ambiance was above and beyond! Thank you!!!!
