The last few trips to this location hasn't been as good as we have come to expect. The chicken was over cooked and the sweet tea was mostly sweet water.
I absolutely love CFA! My only issue I have is that it's so very crowded because of its popularity.

The employees here are incredibly stuck up. During my visit, an employee walked up to my car in the drive thru, stood there and said nothing and said “name?” And gave me a rude look As if I was the dumb one just standing there saying nothing. Then as I begin to move my vehicle forward another employee just walked infront of my car, while it was in motion expecting me to stop, she didn’t even turn around or clearly care that she almost was hit by a vehicle. There’s some employees that are on it and ok but, I’d recommend rethink hiring people that at least kind of care about the work they do. To the employees if your reading this, just because you have thousands of customers going through Daily door doesn’t mean you should just do as you wish. As fast as this location is all it takes is a couple of seconds for the experience to be tarnished.

Treated the family to Chick-fil-a on Friday evening and had a great dine-in experience. The food was the same as it always is, but Kimberly made our experience even better. She brought over coloring pages and bracelets for our kids and even helped them trade their kids' meal books for ice cream! She came back around with sprinkles too. Our booth was clean, our trash was removed before we could do it ourselves, and our drinks were refreshed. Kimberly's kindness and smile made it feel like we were eating at a family diner, not just fast food!
