Whatever the 2 other Chick-Fil-A locations are doing please copy that. I have gone a few times to this one and have been disappointed occasionally. Buns too cooked, hard breakfast biscuits, longer waits than normal for food etc. The employees are very nice but that’s the only thing that is consistent with other Chick-Fil-A restaurants.

Watched a manager bag my carry out order up and then walk away to talk to someone for 5 minutes. I had to ask who was doing carry out orders he says someone is working on it as my bag sits there packed and untouched. Now the cashier is scrambling to fix it. All this during slow time on my lunch break. Tough job they have

Indoor play space for kids 2-10, plus clean & beautifully decorated seating area. There are also separate drive thru lanes for mobile orders. So glad to have a play place close by!

I ordered on the mobile app for dine in. The runner who brought my order was friendly, the food was delivered fast, and the presentation looked really good.

When I opened the sandwich box, the Chick-Fil-A Deluxe sandwich was stacked properly, looked great, the temperature was correct, the tomato and lettuce were both visually good, and tasted good.

It’s hard to get good-tasting tomatoes on a sandwich sometimes at fast food, so I really appreciate how they use good quality produce.

The table was clean. I LOVE that the table was clean, and I did not have to clean it myself the way I do at some other restaurants.

This location has plenty of outlets so I can plug in and work on stuff while I eat.

There is plenty of parking, and it’s easy to get in and out of here.

The nuggets were a good size, the color was good, the taste was great. I loved the unsweetened iced tea. They have one of the best unsweetened teas, in my opinion.

Also, if you’re a busy parent, you might like to know that this location has a play room.

I have eaten here multiple times in the dining room and have gotten mobile-through, and have always had great service and my order has been correct every time.

This location does not have curbside, BUT it has “mobile through,” which allows you to order on the app, and then go through more quickly in a different lane next to the drive through. From there, they have lots of parking, and there is a lot of overflow parking because of Giant and the shopping center.

I enjoy this location and recommend it to my friends.

I dont understand why mobile thru is a option when its blocked off at all times. You still have to wait to merge into a single line. This location is extremely slow. Hopefully they get it together soon. Only reason I come to check chickfila is because of fast service but the last 3 times iv been to this location iv waited over 10 minutes.. even when it was only me and 1 other car behind me in drive thru.

Omg this is the first time I saw chick fil a this empty other than Sunday.. literally no one was there in dining except me and even drive through had only had one or two cars occasionally. This location needs bit more marketing.
That being said my food arrived in few minutes and it was hot and tasty as expected.
I ordered spicy chicken biscuit and chocolate brownie.. yep spice and sweet and combination was good.
Restaurant was clean and background Christmas jingle bell take you to holiday mood..
Overall my visit was excellent and due to less crowd I would prefer this chick fil an over other two in town.

Did not had an interaction with employees so I cannot comment about it.

Placed an order tonight for mobile pickup. Many things wrong. After driving away realized waffle fries were not in the bag. I had to get back in line to inform them and pick up. When I got home there was no chicken on my cob salad. My daughter ordered a side salad, which had barely any apples and hardly any gorgonzola cheese. Not happy, paid for goods not received. Never had this problem at any other Chick fil a.

I placed a fairly large mobile order and it was ready very quickly and the order was correct. The staff was very friendly and warm. Food was up to chick fil a standards. No complaints at all!

Chick-fil-A has always been my go-to fast food spot, so I was excited when a new location opened closer to home. However, I’ve been disappointed with my recent visits. On two separate occasions over the past couple of weeks, the majority of my salad was brown and the tomatoes were mushy. A few weeks earlier, I ordered a meal and didn’t even receive my hashbrowns. Considering I only ordered one meal, that shouldn’t have been overlooked. I understand this is a new location, but consistency and quality are important. At this point, it’s almost worth driving across town to the other location where I can count on fresh food and complete orders. I’ve included a picture of the bad lettuce I had to pull from a side salad portion that was brown.
