Went to Chili's 🌶️ last night for Valentine's Day dinner! So good! Our waiter Eric did such a great job keeping us hydrated with refills and attending to us during such a busy evening! Managing that night was Branson and he seemed to have everything going great!
Would definitely recommend the white queso dip 😋 and the salsa of course! My daughter loved the mini chocolate cake dessert that came out warm with ice cream ❤️
Parking: Plenty of parking even with it being so busy for Valentine's Day
Kid-friendliness: My daughter was excited about everything on the kids menu! Our waiter did a great job with her!

What an awful dining experience! Wrong drinks, and kids meal. Got our appetizer after we got our meals (ONLY because I asked). Got CHARGED for their mistake and for the food that I actually ordered. Justification from the server: I am sorry 1000x—-I am NEW, I paid and I left.

My family and I (4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 infant) had the pleasure of dining at Chili’s on a busy Friday evening, and were genuinely impressed by the experience. Despite the high volume of guests, the restaurant ran like a well-oiled machine. The manager was actively involved, wiping down tables, seating guests, and working seamlessly with the rest of the team—an approach that clearly set the tone for the entire staff. It was refreshing to witness such strong teamwork and organization.
Our server, Allison, was outstanding, she was attentive, professional, and efficient. She made sure we were comfortable from the moment we walked in and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal. Food was warm, served in a timely manner and delicious.
Additionally, the bathrooms were spotless, which speaks volumes about the restaurant's commitment to cleanliness and overall guest experience.
I don't usually write reviews, but tonight's manager and staff clearly know how to deliver excellent service and efficiency. They made for a wonderful dining experience for my family on a busy holiday/football weekend. Thanks for a great experience, Chili’s Frederick! Keep up the great work!

Just ordered take out from here. I ordered the Chipotle FreshMex bowl with chicken and when I opened it up at home, there was no chicken or sauce (ranch and quac). I got a plate of rice with salsa and cheese. Be smarter than me and check your food before leaving or better yet, don't order take out from here. The employees do not care about quality products.

Wait time is almost always Ling on weekends even though you can see a lot of non reserved seats. The young kids do their best but looks like they can use some support from managers. The food is ok.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. The draught beer is cold and fresh. Jen, the manager at Frederick, is AWESOME. She makes her regular customers feel special. She is constantly working to support her employees and helps make the restaurant run smoothly.
