It was a To-Go order and I am certain my meal could have been scorched more, but why? Black bean burgers can be heated up in about 1/2 the time Chilis is using and put the cheese on AFTER! It was like a hockey puck! Please go to corporate and re-test the cook time. It really can be and should be less! And again…..add the cheese after it’s been heated.

Outstanding service and excellent, affordable food! Branson (manager) and Emily (server) made the evening extra special for us! Their service was exceptional and above and beyond! It was a personal experience that was much needed after a rough day. They had no idea we had a tough day, but they both brought a personal touch to our night, sitting down, making small talk, and even catching that my Dad had a birthday recently and surprising him with a song and ice cream! It brought tears to his eyes. Thanks for making it more than a meal! It was a great, personal experience!

My 1st visit to chili's despite passing them for years
The Frederick chili's was pretty busy but easily could use more business. The busiest activity was in take-out & Door Dash deliveries
I went in because Chili's app gave me a free dessert first my birthday
I saw a picture of the Molten cholesterol cake..it is heavenly
On my app I was also given a free bag of chips + salsa
The chips are made in house..I got a bag of chips so big..I needed 4 cups of salsa. The staff gave me for for free and are wonderful..the salsa a little thin..I prefer chunky
The first lesson of chili's and most restaurants...sign up for their apps and provide your birthday for $5-$25 free food often of your choice
P.S. on the way out..a sign read Branson Miller..managing partner..I bet he is one of the more successful managing partners of Chili's . Managing partner is the new term for general manager of many resptaurant in America..his staff is great..my food was great..next door is Texas Roadhouse..one of the best steak restaurants in america

I returned 3 days later to try their well-known Fajitas trio. It was flavorful, fresh & i also got chips again for free because I am a rewards member + their phenomenal fresh made guacamole
On my way out who walks to our table..the infamous Branson Miller who went through the menu & advised the table on the best Chili's dishes
For dessert we all had the scrumptious Molten chocolate cake 22nd
On the way out tonight..I noticed chili's is holding a fund raiser for St. Jude hospital..you donate $5 / you pop a ballon to win a prize. I won..o.m.g.a mini Molten chocolate cake. Please do not tell my endocrinologist..I ate it on the way home..it was handed to me by MATTHEW DUFFY..who is restaurant manager

In between hospital stays..I have a few days off..I needed fantastic food so I went to my 2 favorite places
Texas roadhouse & Chili's
Chili's i discovered gives me free chips & salsa + a non-member alcoholic beverage
I am awaiting removal of 3 teet. & i cannot chew on the right side of my mouth so Matt gave me my free chips + extra salsa & the bartender/evening co-manage suggested strawberry lemonade. It is out of the world & for my $5... I am now ordering load mashed potatoes and awaiting a sample of the chicken enchilada soup to then buy it b it is fantastic as everything i have eaten here The jury has reached a verdict.
The chicken enchilada soup is the best soup i have ever tasted
Over time I plan To try ever menu selection suggested by the staff. Why..chili's staff apparently have eaten /or tasted the best Chili's selections
In the future ask your waiter or waitres for the best food suggestions..at chili's ask Matt or anyone else Anytime your in or near buckeystown pike, go to either chili's or Texas roadhouse for a wonderful culinary experience

Very disappointing that they removed the former delicious nachos from the menu and instead now serve the chips with queso and ranch dressing instead of regular cheese and beans

The food is bomb but the service was terrible. I ordered online and my food took nearly 2 hours to come, the first time it was made whoever was doing to-go handed it to someone that isn't from DoorDash. And it wasn't being remade till almost 8:30, furthermore I called the location to figure out what's going on and the manager I spoke to was rude, condescending, and hung the phone up on me. So overall the food is good but it's not worth how you're treated. (Still haven’t received my food as I’m writing this btw 😭😭)
