It was a To-Go order and I am certain my meal could have been scorched more, but why? Black bean burgers can be heated up in about 1/2 the time Chilis is using and put the cheese on AFTER! It was like a hockey puck! Please go to corporate and re-test the cook time. It really can be and should be less! And again…..add the cheese after it’s been heated.

Outstanding service and excellent, affordable food! Branson (manager) and Emily (server) made the evening extra special for us! Their service was exceptional and above and beyond! My 1st visit to chili's despite passing them for years

The Frederick chili's was pretty busy but easily could use more business. The busiest activity was in take-out & Door Dash deliveries
