I ordered build your own chicken meal for $58 supposed to serve 4-6 people. Well it served 3 people. A piece of advice, please buy individual meals. This build your own package is a sham. It limits items you can get so based on what was included, we did not get fajita vegetables and sour cream. The lettuce was just a handful. I did reach out customer service in the chat and his response just made me more upset. Please DO NOT buy build your own meals. It's a scam.

i ordered 2 entrees for delivery. 2 being the key here. i asked for 4 vinaigrette since they dont have the due diligence to fill them up to the top. these people only gave me 1 vinaigrette for TWO entrees. each entree is supposed to come with atleast one. so here i am, with my 1 half filled little container of vinaigrette for 2 entrees. what a joke. they didnt even have the decency to give me 2. do not order delivery from here.

This Chipotle is inferior to all other Chipotle’s. I’ve been going here for years and it’s continued to get worse. I live 1 mile away and I’d rather drive to route 40 or out off route 26 than pay for this trash. Those two locations also aren’t much better. Every time I come here they’re out of something. No steak, no sour cream, no cheese, whatever it is. The staff is rude and takes their job way too seriously. They give you one scoop of rice in a burrito and if you ask for more they scowl and say they’ll have to charge for extra like it’s coming out of their paychecks. There’s always only 2 people on the line so if there is more than 2 people waiting in line it takes forever. food has been awful for the last couple years. Chicken/veggies burnt, rice has no flavor, the barbacoa is just one big fatty chunk of meat. They try to pull a fast one on you every time you get chips and charge you for a “large” when you don’t ask for it. They charge you for salad dressing if you didn’t order or salad, if they even have the dressing. They never mark your burritos unless you ask, so you never know what’s what. All around just a trash location. I just got chipotle on mt airy for the first time and it’s incredible compared to this dump. Food is good and fresh. In and out fast. No complaints about portions or staff. I’ll be staying far away from Chipotle at Westview.

Picked up food from this location today 11/12. Was supposed to pick up at 12:10. Got there at 12:07 didn’t get my food until 12:30 just to get back to work and realized I had my own food as well as someone else’s food in my bag

Horrendously badly run location. It’s a joke. If you place an online order or an order for Uber Eats/Doordash for delivery, you or your driver will drive to the location, park, and wait a minimum of 10-30 mins to get your order - even if it’s just for one burrito - while the workers help an entire line of people upwards of 10-20 ppl minimum before bringing out one online order for the growing line line of delivery drivers and people who placed online orders for pickup wait in excess of 30 mins for one burrito. Workers could care less if there are no walk in customers in line but 10 ppl waiting for online orders. If you inquire about how long until your online order will be, you will be told “they are working on it”. I waited 10 mins before asking a second time what the status of my online order is only to be told another delivery driver picked it up before I arrived and it’s no longer in their system. There’s one worker in the back doing online orders, while there’s 2 cashiers, and 5 or more people doing walk in orders. Online orders are last priority at this location. Compared to other Frederick locations where you will never wait more than 5 mins, if you even have to wait longer than telling the name on the order for pickup, this location doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Go to the W. Patrick location instead where they are efficient and you don’t have to wait in excess for online orders.

Decided to try chipotle again for the first time in a while, what happened? The food tasted really bad, almost artificial, I dont care about the portion sizes debate; the actual quality of ingredients has fallen off of a cliff, if im gonna pay almost 20 dollars for a bowl I might as well go to any number of local Mexican spots where the rice doesn't taste stale, the meat isn't clearly all frozen, cooked from a bag, but has a horrible mealy texture. Overall the food just tastes cheap. Chipotle used to be fresh and filling and in recent years prices keep going up and quality has hit an all time low.

I switched to this location for my daily lunch spot. Have never been happier, the cashier in the glasses (i hope he 1 day becomes manager) is always super positive and makes me feel always welcome. There is a dominican lady who works here that always makes you feel great, she smiles and gives you a great portion that is reasonable. My son plays baseball and she mentions that its her national sport so naturally he feels at home. So Frederick baseball community let's all come here and support them!!!!

The food is always fantastic and never is prepared poorly. So you will never have a poor case here.

The management is always well run, their biggest strength (from a customer perspective) is the feeling of acceptance and good consistency with the customer. I wish them such my best and dearest and will be happy to get my kids meals always!!!

As I say again, Baseball community let's come here and support them post games!!!!

Rude staff. Placed a mobile order late at night and the staff ignored me for about 6 minutes so i just waited u til there was a complete lull. I asked for my pickup order and the girl just walks away and tells someone to start it….this is 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.
They didn’t even apologize or offer chips or anything just shoved the bag at me🙃

This location is pretty horrible. The service is slow and took an extra 10 minutes for a pickup order when there was ony 1 person in line when I came in. Then the pickup order wasnt on the pickup tower and they were keeping it behind the counter for no reason.

The carne asada was over cooked until it was tough and didn't even resemble the carne asada from other locations. Honestly I'll drive to Patrick Street or even Leesburg to avoid this location. Never again.

Ive been going here for years. The food is good, service is good, however, the hours say they close at 11. Everytime I come past 9:00pm they are ALWAYS out of at least 1 ingredient. The clean up crew is cleaning the grills, sweeping and it looks like they are getting ready for close. If they advertise hours open until 11pm this is unacceptable. It’s also not like it’s a slow night - usually when I go in at this time multiple people are also in line with me and dining in the restaurant. Hope this reaches management, as this is not againt their kind staff. But it’s extremely frustrating and unreliable.
