I hate being THIS person!! Buuuuut here I am ... sigh we absolutely love chipotle for a quick meal. The experience was horrible this time ... the order was completely wrong as we tried to ask for them to fix the order they laughed and said you have the food, we don't need to fix it. We asked for a refund. They said call the number. We did get a refund from corporate but geez!!! Why?!!?!?! We absolutely love(d) ... yes first world problems but ughhh :(

Amazing food, came out steaming and fresh, super great! I then headed to the foutin which unfortunately was out of root beer so I could not make my contraption, but I settled for Mr.pib. The servers were really nice and gave me big portions and MAN o MAN these chips were somthing else. Thank you WIll BE BACK SOON!!!

Chipotle continues to be a disappointment where it counts most whenever I order using the app. The service and restaurant were fine, but both of the bowls I ordered were incorrectly made. I paid for extra chicken and there was barely half a serving in the plate. See the attached photo... no food had been removed from the bowl. I asked for sour cream to be on the side in my second bowl, but it was slathered on top of the food. Do better!

What is this literal slop 😭 We eat here pretty regularly, but catch them on a busy night and it is a disaster. I can’t even get a refund for my order :/

I don’t know what it is with this place, but I get a bowl with mild salsa and it is consistently FILLED with jalapeños, to the point the bowl is inedible because it is so spicy. I’ve tried to get my same order without fajita veggies and the corn salsa to narrow down what it is, and the bowl is still on fire. Please stop putting jalapeños in the mild salsa. There is literally no reason for there to be jalapeños in the mild salsa.

Staff is efficient but not the friendliest. The chips didn’t taste like typical chipotle tortilla chips.
I’m trying to understand how to rate the food. It was filling but almost very different from typical chipotle flavor. Is it season but not prepared as typical? It’s like going to McDonald’s and then tasting like Burger King.

They are supposed to open at 10:45 am, however, while I arrived 2 minutes before, I watched several of the women workers casually eating their own food, up until the time to open. Once they opened, we had to wait even longer because they weren’t set up properly to begin taking our orders. So we waited another 10-15 minutes while they got the food ready. I thought when you’re open, you’re ready to begin taking orders, and serving, especially after I watched a few of the workers take their time getting up from eating their food right up until the time of opening. So they made myself and three other customers wait until THEY WERE READY TO START SERVING US, 15 minutes after they opened the door. It was lousy service and very very disrespectful and rude of them to treat us like this. Apparently the management at this particular location needs to be changed because the work ethic and attitude of the workers are a direct reflection of his management style.
