I wish I could give this place less stars, but I’m not able to. I went in there yesterday. Customer service is horrible employees in the kitchen horse plane and on their phone. The place is very very, very dirty. The ice buildup on the two hot sauces and the sour cream and pico you could almost go sledding on it. I asked for a little more rice because the bowl was way under the food limit. she got up set that I wanted my money’s worth ,she turn around and told manager. I just told her forget it cause I didn’t want to get into it with the manager this chipotle is better fare the worst one I’ve ever been in They’re very very very very stingy and greedywith the food. This place needs a priest.. Take your money to another chipotle where it’s cleaner.

I ordered a carnitas bowl and all I got was a rice bowl. They were so chinzy with the food. And the parking was a nightmare. Never again. And the soda machines were down too.

Worst Chipotle ever!! When in line it’s so rushed that you barely have time to order. We were given 90% rice and 10% chicken. When we asked for extra cheese they barley but anything on our bowl. The service was horrible, everyone there looked like they’d rather eat dirt than serve us. Overall horrible experience, never again.

I’m so upset I got a bowl I didn’t get my guacamole or cheese barely had any chicken this place is horrible. I have gone to many locations and they always give a fair amount I will definitely not be coming to this location again my dinner sucked.

Possibly the grossest, most disappointing Chipotle I've ever had. They didn't have my first TWO choices of meat, were running so far behind that they were stacking up orders and letting them just sit and get cold on the prep counter while THREE people stood around trying to cram ingredients into somebody's monster burrito. The chicken I was served was not edible because it was cold. Not warm, not just sitting for a bit too long, but cold. I basically threw $27 in the trash. The chipotle app didn't record my order when I scanned it, so I have no way to get a refund. Totally gross. Like a bad joke.

My first problem isn’t necessarily this locations fault. It’s ridiculous that you can’t use your rewards for a free item (ie a quesadilla) in person, but other items you can. I had ordered a steak quesadilla and asked them if they could put the fajita part in it as well. The employee told me no, however, did exactly that for the customer behind me. I don’t understand what difference was of me asking for a steak and fajita quesadilla, compared to the customer after me. Then I ordered chips and salsa. They only charged me (apparently for the sals) and didn’t even give me the chips. Luckily I looked in the bag before leaving. If a customers ordering chips & salsa, you’d think it’d be apparent to put chips in the bag too, with the salsa. Their customer service could be better and politer. Especially one lady, who’s pretty short, and in her 20s. She’s by the register.
Kudos to this particular Frederick Chipotle because I don't know how they do it. I had time to kill so I decided to get my book and enjoy a sit down meal. Work however had other plans. I go into my phone, place my duplicate order and hit enter. I'm still standing in line talking with the guys at my Plant. Next I get a text that my order is ready. I step to te left pickup my order and head out; crazy. Impressive

The first thing that I noticed is that they were heavy-handed with the food. And I love that, that's not only service but that's culture, the staff moved fast, they are efficient, and they give great customer service in my experience.

The slowest service I’ve ever had. Waited nearly 40 minutes - the team preparing the order had no idea what they were doing. Witnessed a man get his order stolen and seeing the team react to that was like watching three babies learn how to talk.
