Kudos to this particular Frederick Chipotle because I don't know how they do it. I had time to kill so I decided to get my book and enjoy a sit down meal. Work however had other plans. I go into my phone, place my duplicate order and hit enter. I'm still standing in line talking with the guys at my Plant. Next I get a text that my order is ready. I step to te left pickup my order and head out; crazy. Impressive
The first thing that I noticed is that they were heavy-handed with the food. And I love that, that's not only service but that's culture, the staff moved fast, they are efficient, and they give great customer service in my experience.
We love Chipotle. My toddler is a picky eater and this is what she wants to eat. The food is always delicious. It was around 7:30 when we got there. Surprisingly we didn't have to wait in a long line. We chose to eat in the restaurant since there was plenty of seating. Sadly the tables were dirty, and I had to ask someone to clean them. Had to wait for that.
