This was a small location, and I was picking up food to go. I ordered in the line, but communication was difficult. Ordering two chicken bowls, the beans were left off of one. I think the service was very fast, but sacrificed accuracy.
Waiting at counter and watching staff for 5 minutes while 8 staff were doing anything but come and engage to take our order. Had to finally say out loud "Hello, Will any of you stop watching us stand here and take our order?" Half of them kept looking at us but doing nothing.
Really nice, employees are very nice, the food is usally good but sometimes they barely give you any in a bowl. The drinks are very overpriced at 3 bucks for a fountain soda and they are not very big! The floors are usally a bit messy and tables barely ever cleaned.
Kid-friendliness: The only problem for kids is they don't bother to actually listen to the order and get it wrong a lot!
