Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in at 10:55 they open at 10:45, ordered a barbacoa bowl and it was cold! They need to check temperature of the food and make sure it’s hot when they open at 10::45. The meat portion is on consistent and most times they skimp, prices just went up as well. Music was so loud I could not think while eating my food.

Usually not that bad, but this time the woman who took the order communicated poorly. They didn't have much food ready and after we got it home we found out it was all cold. The portion was about half of normal. The burrito bowl barely reached the top of the bowl. We ordered chips and queso and got very few chips. Altogether a poor meal and experience. I'm sure they could care less.

Worst Chipotle in Md. , service is terrible, restaurant and tables always dirty while staff is just chatting behind the counter and portion size is an absolute joke. Avoid this Chipotle!

Friendliness of staff varies from visit to visit. I have personally had several issues with missing items from orders and recently went in the evening to pick up food to take home and it was ice cold. 3 different bowls with different meat options and ALL of it tasted like I was thawing it out from the freezer. Nothing in the bowls had any warmth or even came close to room temperature. Solution from customer service for 3 ruined meals was to offer a BOGO entree coupon to use in the next 30 days.....

Update... Have not been here in awhile and clearly nothing has changed other than the portions got smaller. This is still the only chipotle I have ever been to where the food tastes like it just came from the freezer. I guess they don't make things fresh at this location. Don't waste your money here.

I only come here to get food for my daughter as she love chipotle but Service is n never good here. Food quality is suspect. Always out of something when I’ve come here. Sat at register for 5 min before I got rung up it’s always slow.

Super good service, the people who work there are super friendly, I'm from Erie, I was passing through and I loved it.

Food is typical for Chipotle, but I can't figure out why they charge $.40 more for the same dish compared to the other Chipotle restaurants in the area.
The service is never consistent. I only ever see one person making the food and working the cash register. It makes it take way longer than it needs to.

By far the worse Chipotle I’ve been to. Constantly getting orders wrong, serving tiny portions and having payment issues. DO NOT MOBILE ORDER HERE! I’ve seen countless people get screwed over putting in mobile orders here. I’ve given them “one more chance” enough times and will no longer be going to this Chipotle, you’re better off going anywhere else in Urbana!
