Not bad for a special outing but it has gone down hill. Two years ago we had a huge party (30 kids) here for my son's 5th birthday. Everything was brand new and clean! We came yesterday and after just 2 years the place is showing wear, tear and lack of upkeep. Several games did not work and should at least have an out of order sign on them. Also, the trampoline is an extra 12 bucks and takes up too much room. The dance floor only worked on about a quarter of tiles. It was just kind of sad to see it look so worn out because we loved having my son's 5th birthday here!

My grandson loves going to Chuck E Cheese. So we celebrated his birthday there again this year. The staff is always so pleasant and the pizza is very good. The only issue we had this year was leaving. My grandson's number wore off his wrist and the young lady (in training I believe) had to ask my grandson if he knew us. Well anyone who knows my grandson, knows he gets fixated on words for a few weeks. Guess what his word was NO. Lol! I understand taking caution, but what would they have done if he truly didn't speak. Thankfully a young man told her that was not necessary. But we will continue to go there. As this is one of his favorite places.

This Chuck E Cheese was a little different than others I have been to. Granted, it has been a while since I'vebeen to any. But this particular one seems to be the cleaniest one I've been to. I also think it is larger than others I've seen. The food is good for Chuck E Cheese standards. The sweet chili meatballs were pretty good, but the salad and pizza were better. There seems to be new activities for the kids, like the trampoline section. Which my friend's child really enjoyed. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

My girl turned 9 and we had her party here, SUPER easy. I got the 2nd tiered package, we had 10 kids. The party host was on point, I also ordered their cake, it was nicely decorated. Much easier to have them do the cake, it was $24.99, it was the larger cake. Pizza was good, the slices were TINY, but it was a good size for kids! The table had party hats, cups and plates. We had two hours for our party. The package I got comes with 2 slices of pizza per kid and a pizza for the adults, kids drinks are included and it came with dippin dots ice cream. I believe it was the best value package. They allow for 2 no shows, meaning you can get reimbursed if 2 kids don't show up. I wish I had thought of doing a kids party here before. The place was clean too. Having to pay extra for the trampoline was extremely disappointing. I had paid for the package and it should include all the games/activities. That's the reason I picked Chuck E Cheese instead of Urban Air. It would have cost me an extra $180.00 to pay for socks and admission for the trampoline for all the kids that attended the party. I did not want the parents to have to pay.

Disappointing experience ordering pizza to go from this location at 8pm. When we arrived to pick up the order the doors were locked before 9pm when it stated it would close. People and employees were inside, although no one noticed me trying to get in to pick up our order. This was about 10 minutes before 9pm. I had to then call the phone to get an employee to open the door for us and go inside. Unfortunately it did not get much better from there as they said the order was not received, even though it pulled up on the register immediately when the employee checked for it. From what I could tell, the employees were closing up well before closing time and our order seemed to simply have been ignored. This was definitely frustrating as there were not many food options besides fast food open at that time. The employee did apologize, but then seemed unsure if she could even do a refund since it was through the app which really did not make any sense to me as the restaurant appears to encourage using the app to make an order. The order was voided, so we'll see if the charge goes away or not and I have to follow-up about it. *Update, the order was not voided and I was charged for the food I didn't receive as well, so I will need to call and try to get this removed. In addition, I used a promotion to get a free large pizza as part of the order, so that is most likely gone now too. I did ask the employee about it, but she didn't seem to know if it would come back on the app or not. Just a very disappointing experience overall, and I would recommend not ordering to go from this location or ensuring it is well before closing time at the very least. Will probably return since my kids enjoy it once in awhile, but would probably just get food there In-person based on this experience. Thank you.

This place is good just for the games but the food is trash. I took my nieces and I wasn’t aware that the pizza (Hawaii pizza) had jalapeños and my nieces didn’t like it (also it was too sweet) so I asked the manager if she could change the pizza but she ignored me and told me that she couldn’t do anything about it. I’m in the military and I was happy that I would have a great time with my nieces at Chuck E. Cheese but unfortunately this event with the food make us feel disappointed.

This chuck e cheese has recently been remodeled. I love that they now offer an assortment of games for older kids. The games are high quality and a lot of fun. My son ended up earning a decent amount of tickets and he had such a good time trading them in for little toys and candy pieces. It's a safe environment for the kids to run around in and the door is constantly monitored. The food is always really good. I adore the pizza. I've had my son's birthday parties here several times although this time around was a friend's party. The employees did such a great job with the birthday song and dances. They held everyone's attention and made it very fun for the kids.
This place is well-lit, clean, and well-staffed. It runs like a machine. Not like Chuck E Cheese from when I was a kid. The pizza is also decent and the salad bar is pretty good too. A good place to let the kids have fun in a controlled environment.

Had a birthday party, which my son loved. The manager, who was the party host, did a good job. It would have been nice to have a dedicated party host and not the only manager on duty due to him getting sidetracked a good bit. And your party is timed. All the kids and adults had a blast, though. I would definitely do another party here. It was worth it. I do wish they would have kept some type of play on area instead of adding a trampoline that costs $10 extra per kids with the party. That was a little bit of a bummer.
The arcade games were a ton of fun, though, and the dance party with Chuck E was neat.
