Not bad for a special outing but it has gone down hill. Two years ago we had a huge party (30 kids) here for my son's 5th birthday. Everything was brand new and clean! We came yesterday and after just 2 years the place is showing wear, tear and lack of upkeep. Several games did not work and should at least have an out of order sign on them. Also, the trampoline is an extra 12 bucks and takes up too much room. The dance floor only worked on about a quarter of tiles. It was just kind of sad to see it look so worn out because we loved having my son's 5th birthday here!

My grandson loves going to Chuck E Cheese. So we celebrated his birthday there again this year. The staff is always so pleasant and the pizza is very good. The only issue we had this year was leaving. My grandson's number wore off his wrist and the young lady (in training I believe) had to ask my grandson if he knew us. Well anyone who knows my grandson, knows he gets fixated on words for a few weeks. Guess what his word was NO. Lol! I understand taking caution, but what would they have done if he truly didn't speak. Thankfully a young man told her that was not necessary. But we will continue to go there. As this is one of his favorite places.

This Chuck E Cheese was a little different than others I have been to. Granted, it has been a while since I'vebeen to any. But this particular one seems to be the cleaniest one I've been to. I also think it is larger than others I've seen. The food is good for Chuck E Cheese standards. The sweet chili meatballs were pretty good, but the salad and pizza were better. There seems to be new activities for the kids, like the trampoline section. Which my friend's child really enjoyed. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic service and game selection. The location is relatively small and was quiet this afternoon, making it perfect for a casual visit. I did not eat here so I have no comment on the food.

My girl turned 9 and we had her party here, SUPER easy. I got the 2nd tiered package, we had 10 kids. The party host was on point, I also ordered their cake, it was nicely decorated. Much easier to have them do the cake, it was $24.99, it was the larger cake. Pizza was good, the slices were TINY, but it was a good size for kids! The table had party hats, cups and plates. We had two hours for our party. The package I got comes with 2 slices of pizza per kid and a pizza for the adults, kids drinks are included and it came with dippin dots ice cream. I believe it was the best value package. They allow for 2 no shows, meaning you can get reimbursed if 2 kids don't show up. I wish I had thought of doing a kids party here before. The place was clean too. Having to pay extra for the trampoline was extremely disappointing. I had paid for the package and it should include all the games/activities. That's the reason I picked Chuck E Cheese instead of Urban Air. It would have cost me an extra $180.00 to pay for socks and admission for the trampoline for all the kids that attended the party. I did not want the parents to have to pay.
