Miss the pizza buffets, so this was a treat. Wide selection of food: salad, breadsticks, soup, pasta and alfredo or marinara sauce, and the pizza choices..wow..plus the brownie, I needed a nap, lol. friendly staff, clean dining room and restroom.

What an absolute terrible experience I’ve had with this location. The woman that I tried to speak to on the phone, didn’t speak English and then just hangs up on me.

Poor service. I went in on Monday for the $4.99 Mondays and Tuesdays as Cici's had advertised. They charged my wife and I $28. When I questioned the employee about it, she just told me that it was $9.99 per person. I showed her the advertisement, as well as the coupon code, and she told me that she would not honor it. Terrible customer service, and we probably will not be back.

Be aware who have babies/ infants. Its ridiculous how they charge kids from 0 to 10.
I mean I get it from 3 to 10 but from 0 to 3, babies and infants don’t eat pizza. what kind of practice and charging is this?
The most Ridiculous practice I ever seen

This was the first time I ate at a Cicies, since the Rockville location closed. The food was good. I liked the cheesy bread, cheese pizza, and the cinnamon rolls. However, the Cinnamon rolls were a bit lighter in color and tasted a bit different then what I remember of the Cinnamon rolls from the Rockville location. But the cinnamon rolls were still delicious.
Vegetarian options: There was a salad bar, and there were a section with pizzas that had no meat.
Parking: It is in a large shopping center

Food was hot and fresh! Very good! Buffet was always stocked. If I had to complain about anything is I wish the tv's had subtitles on so you know what's going on. Just a personal preference. Everything else was good!

Quality has gone down. Service poor at best. Overcharging happens. Do not use the arcade because if you use the arcade, it'll eat your money and then you have to call a 1-800 number or submit a form online in which it doesn't even let you leave a message on the 1-800 number and half the games don't work well. Don't take your family here. It's a waste of money and way overpriced. I do not suggest ever coming here.

I'm rating this so low because they shut down the one in my town a few years ago and now this one is the closest at an hour away.

I went to the place because the smell of pizza took me there but the truth is I didn't like it very much because it's like a buffet. The food seems to have been there for a long time, it really wasn't that good.

"Meh" is the best word to describe this place. First issue, you pay before eating, which is fine. But they want that tip! So I put my tip on the machine. Yet they do absolutely nothing tip worthy. You get your own drinks and food. We had a table of 5. Plates stacked up quick, not no one comes to bus your table. We had to move them to an empty table just to have room. They advertise as a fun place to be, advertise arcades and games. Their "game room' is six rigged claw machines. Open drywall holes in the store. Filthy restrooms.
