Stopped in here after dinner and the place was busy. Service was excellent and they got people in and out quickly. The ice cream was delicious as usual. Highly recommend stopping in.

It's been a year since I've been here, the ice cream was mediocre, had 1 dairy-free option. I let the kiddo order their own ice cream and the employee helping us out was extremely kind and helpful. At first I thought she was working alone. There was no one else eating or ordering either. We sat inside - kiddo managed to get the largest cup option and (due to being a child) they dropped it upside down on the ground. I took them back to the counter to ask if we could try again. Most places give a free replacement for dropped ice cream, but I didn't ask for this and was willing to pay. She said she would get the manager to help, but seemed on edge. She went to the back, and after maybe a minute went by I heard a man angrily yelling at her. I heard banging sounds and I started considering calling the cops. It was pretty bad and it went on for almost 5 minutes. I kept psyching myself out, thinking maybe it's just loud back there. I cleaned the ice cream off the floor with the tiny napkins, which weren't absorbing anything. Thought about leaving, but kid would've been very upset and I didn't want anything to cause further escalation. Eventually the manager came out all smiles and rainbows and started talking to us. The girl came out crying, made a new cup and mopped the floor. The manager kept telling kid they better eat their entire cup and asked a bunch of weird creepy questions and I had to tell kid not to answer. (dont ask kids where they live and go to school?) Eventually corralled the kid to a table outside and they didn't feel well anymore so we threw out the cup. I started wiping the table down and the manager came out to ask if they ate the whole thing. To which is replied yes and took kiddo to the car and left. What the heck? I can't go back here. It's too weird.

A response: as per my review, this was not within this week. 2nd, i don't have the wrong store. It's bold to claim not to have any staff matching the description I gave, seeing as all I described was a nice female cashier and a man with more authority, who became angry with her.

This is my favorite Coldstone by far. The ice cream is always perfect but it´s my GIRLS Hailey, Gabby, and Julia that every time I come greet customers with a smile and great customer service. I had ABOVE and beyond service this week when due to many compounded concussions (which they didn´t know of) memory loss is something that gets worse. I completely forgot to ask for dark chocolate instead of regular chocolate and I was so sad! The girls asked me if I wanted them to remake it and I felt really, really bad about making them do that but they did it happily. They always give generous portions so you feel like you get your money´s worth all around. These girls need a raise, they are the best!!!

Would be really great if they wore gloves. It drives me nuts that they just dig into the ice cream with no gloves then touch lids with no gloves on. You might as well have you whole hand in my stuff.

I’m a door dash driver and Hailey was attentive even when she had customers she still responded to me give that girl a raise

I just ate the best mint ice cream I've ever had! I got the special mint mint chocolate chocolate in their medium size and the brownies were nice and soft and the chocolate chips weren't too much in size nor quantity (a problem I face with other mint-chocolate variants). The person taking our order was kind and patient and there was luckily other people there to help with ours and a couple delivery orders that came in while we ate.The ice cream was just so good I made sure to get online and leave a happy review!

If I could give zero stars I would. They need better workers who are not racist and the ice cream is very soft. Worst place, will not be going back
