Awful experience! Service was awful while dining. none of our to go orders were right. Chicken fried chicken was undercooked. We were told it would be taken off the bill and it wasn’t.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience! Normally, we really enjoy our time at Cracker Barrel and we looked forward to this visit. However, the food was very poor; the meatloaf was burnt, the baked beans were dry and tasteless, there were no condiments or vegetables on the chicken sandwich … even the famous baked apples were a total flop as we were given plastic containers of apple sauce instead!! Horrible experience … but hopefully just a fluke!!

On Sat my husband and I joined our adult children for dinner. At the CB in Frederick #CBO262. It was a very bad experience. My
son did'nt get his toast for his eggs until we asked 2 X. The chicken fried steak was not tasty at all. The shrimp and grits was very watery. We asked for more biscuits and came at the end.
Asked for refills on drinks and took so long. Did'nt remove used glasses from the table. Waiter didnt even ask how our meal was at the beginning. Or if we needed anything else. Really a bad experience. Oh and I didnt get my meal until they were half way thru theirs.

I spent over 200 dollars and we had ordered French toast and they gave us pancakes instead of French toast, we found hair in our food and most of our food was cold.
