Always so nice at the Frederick, MD Cracker Barrel. The employees are welcoming and helpful. The displays are attractive. Having the fireplace going brings the feeling of warmth. Everything is great. Thank you to you all.

Ordered large Holiday Carryout. Food was good to excellent. Reheat instructions produced great results with all food warm and not dried out. Unfortunately I was shorted several items and kinda ruined an otherwise great experience. Moral of the story double check the box before you leave

Day after Thanksgiving the kitchen has limited menu offerings (still recovering). But still the cracker barrel delicious! Great service! The chicken fried steak had a funny taste. We asked and they graciously and immediately replaced with chicken fried turkey that was most and delicious.

Today, the day after Thanksgiving, my family (in total, a party of 10) sat for lunch. Our server was Amber, and she was amazing! The restaurant was busy, and we weren't Amber's only table. She was on top of everything, and genuinely smiled the entire time. She spoke to the kids the same way she spoke to the adults. She's was fantastic. We would gladly make the hour drive just to sit at her table. When I called to speak to the manager about how awesome Amber was, you could hear his excitement to celebrate a great employee.

We had Thanksgiving dinner at 5pm on Thanksgiving day. Our servers name was Natalie she was very friendly served us with a smile, every time she would walk by she would ask if we needed anything. Very polite and professional, I would recommend to anyone, if you are in the Frederick area , stop in and request Natalie.

Ever again. 8 of us came for a dual birthday brunch. We got seated within 20 minutes and that was the best part. Two of our meals came out 20 minutes before the rest. Those meals were wrong. When the rest came out, every meal was missing items, like warm or cold, and horrible tasting. Ham that was like shoe leather. Eggs not cooked correctly. Missing items. Items showing up that we did not order. Worst experience ever. Will go back and try again at a much later date.
