My husband and I booked dōp pizza and RAK for our rehearsal dinner and it was one of the best choices we made during the entire planning process. The pizza from dōp is some of the best I’ve ever had (plus they have dessert pizza!). The location is also great if you or your guests are staying in Frederick. It is right next to Frederick’s Carroll Creek Park and has plenty of parking for guests who drive. The best part was how friendly and sweet the staff were. If you are looking for a great space to host a party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, etc., we could not recommend dōp pizza and RAK highly enough.

We used DOP pizza to cater an event at RAK. Shu was very easy to work with and his food is delicious! We enjoyed sampling his various unique pizzas prior to the event to narrow down the choices too. Would recommend for any pizza lover that wants to try something different.

I had booked DOP for my wedding and I have to say it was a hit and all the guests loved it! They had made 7 different types of pizza and kept them coming as they were needed, at the end of the night they boxed up what was left and it was taken home by our guests quickly! The pizza was delicious (I had tried one time prior to the wedding and it was just what we wanted). There was some family that was totally against pizza for a wedding but I was later told that it was the best choice that my husband and I made. I can only thank DOP for that because the service and food was so good that nobody thought it was a bad idea after all! Thank you DOP for making it to our wedding and serving up some delicious pizza. I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to formally thank all that were working so this is my somewhat formal thank you. THANK YOU DOP YOU ARE THE BEST!

If someone asked me what my favorite pizza was in the entire world, I would say the Figgy Smalls Pizza from dop. The fig jam drizzle? Heaven. With added prosciutto? ASCENDED BEYOND HEAVEN. I can't recommend dop Pizza enough!!

I ordered drop (delivery) catering as part of an event for my department at work. Döp provided great options! The chicken tenders and mozz sticks were a huge hit along with the pizzas we ordered. The pizza options were creative and there was great flexibility to make sure we had a vegetarian option. Considering my timing, they did a great job accommodating my request to ensure a smooth party. Communication was fantastic throughout the process.

It never dissappoints! The Mustard with extra peppers is a delight. The Heritage chicken pizza has distinctly butter chicken profiles. You would not immediately think that the Pickle Rick pizza would work but it is refreshingly dilly and lightly sour. Pepperoni pizza is spot on. The crusts are excellent! Try them all and the mozz sticks ( wow ).
Pizza is awesome, fresh ingredients, real cook. Tiramisu is REALLY good!

I’ve heard a lot about this place so we decided to finally check it out.
We definitely were not disappointed. Food was hot and delicious. Pizza had a great flavor. Fried mozz had a huge cheese pull! The chicken tenders were yummy (as was the chicken tender po boy).
My only complaint was that there were no drinks available (other than beer that we could find). It was also very unclear where to go to get your food. There were two doors, one went into where you get your food, the other went into a fancier bar type area. Definitely not big problems. We would definitely come back.

Anshu and Derek really rock. From the food truck to the kitchen inside Rak Brewery, those two men really killed it. The pizza was exceptional, and now that they have a bigger menu it’s even better. Kudos to these two hard working men

We visited their new brick and mortar location inside RAK brewing and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious as ever and the new, expanded menu was impressive. We had the beet salad, fried shrimp with garlic aioli appetizer, PB &J pizza, and a vegan pizza.. The speed in which the food came out was impressive and the food was on point, as was the service. We will definitely be back!
