My family and I enjoy our nights out to DQ for ice cream. But this location has been very lackluster in our experience. Often they don't make the Blizzards correctly- not mixing them thoroughly and/or runny. Then this past time we went there the entire inside reeked of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. I will choose a different location next time.

This location consistently makes blizzards with no toppings in the bottom 1/2 to 2/3 of the cup. Tonight we even PAID for extra toppings and still got plain vanilla ice cream in the bottom half of the cups. Also the ice cream is always super melted and requires being put in the freezer for awhile when we get it home (a 5 min drive). We won’t be patronizing this location anymore, they’ve had plenty of chances to improve their quality and clearly don’t care.

While visiting DQ with my family, we unfortunately encountered subpar service. The girl at the counter appeared disinterested and displayed an unwelcoming attitude. It was our first time at this location, and regrettably, we were disappointed with the service. As a result, we have decided to opt for Cold Stone Creamery across from DQ for our future ice cream outings.

I ordered large cone and got the size or a small/medium and they don't even care and expect you to take it and pay for a large its unbelievable how bad the customer service is
Hit or miss, overall it's usually disappointing. Their blizzards are usually okay. On our last visit however the chocolate shake was runny, they didn't add malt as ordered (okay maybe they didn't hear it), and shake was clearly just vanilla with chocolate syrup added. Roy Rogers across the street has better shakes.Pineapple sundae was just soft serve with pineapple chunks in lite, watery syrup, like out of a fruit cup. Not even the topping style pineapple sauce. Nothing else. I wouldn't call that a sundae.Person why handed us or order just extended it out of the drive through and said nothing. No thanks, here you go, have a nice night.

Went through the drive thru. Moved quickly. Order was correct and the staff is courteous. A bit pricey for ice cream, but the Blizzards are a tasty treat.
