Restaurents ambience is OK..but the cutlery we got was not clean..we saw cilantro of previous customers on our forks..no proper waiters..even water was stale,,one sip and my throat gone..the chutney they gave with papad was so stale and worst odour..didnt dare to order more food

I don't understand why they aren't busier? This is good food. Maybe the lunch buffet is busier (I think they still have the buffet; I saw the empty buffet area). Menu has the expected items (including lassi :)) and they let you pick your spice level. I had the best naan I've ever had here--very fresh. Zero reason to pass this up (unless you hate Indian food, of course).

My faves: Saffron Chicken is white meat, deliciously marinated and cooked in the tandoor; no gravy or sauce - very tasty and low fat. Their spinach dish (saag) is the best! I order it with no cream and no other items (you can get it with cheese or potatoes or chick peas). I enjoy their spice tea, and they make it special for me without cream or sugar. I love their grub :)

We absolutely love this place! The service is kind and quick. The food is out of this world- the cauliflower and potatoes is so fresh, flavorful and a complete delight! My husband says it’s the best he’s ever had! The Chana masala is also flavorful, the gravy is so good I just sopped it all up. Also, the waiter and chef were so helpful with spice regulation. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and clean. We 100% recommend this place for carry out or eat in!

I would’ve had better indian food if I got Trader Joes frozen chana Masala and Butter chicken. If you are indian don’t even try this place.

I just ordered tonight for dinner. I got the curry goat which had 1/4 cup of grease on the top. Could barely taste the curry and 90% of the goat was bone and grizzle. What a disappointment. My husband got butter chicken and that was good. Not great, but good. Ordered naan. We got 1 naan. I know everyone is trying to make ends meet but if you are going to charge more keep up with quality.I will not go back.

So glad the buffet is open again. Did not disappoint, okra, chicken and cauliflower were delicious. as well as many other things. Sauces and spices superb. Can't wait to go back again next time we are in Frederick.

The entire salt bowl was thrown in my chicken vindaloo. Naan was like cardboard. Rice tasted like it wasn't washed before cooking. I do not recommend.

Excellent service. Friendly professional wait staff and the food is incredible. I love the buffet so I can try something new and still get something I like if the the new dish is not to my liking.

Food was extremely salty and over-spiced. There was no balance in their lamb masala. I requested for chicken Tika masala to be made unspicy but the contrary happened. My kids didn't touch it. The only meal that was okay was the lamb with spinach dish I ordered. Other than that a total waste of money and time. I was wondering why the restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening and the other 2 times I was there ? not a single person! I called today as soon as they opened and requested to speak to the manager. However, the same server who took our order Said "he's busy right now and won't be available until 2pm". He requested for my name and number and stated that the manager will call back. Never heard back from them! Had a gut feeling that the manager was never going to call and now this fills in the gap for me. The restaurant is empty due to lack of good management and horrible food! Never again! 3 strikes you're out!
